Location is very nice and far from crowdy places. The view in the afternoon and evening its breathtaking.

As soon as we enter the door Mrs Kyriaki was treated us not so friendly. By almost yelling at us, she tried to explain that the reservation does not include the child, a 7 years old girl. At the beggining we even didnt understood what she is trying to explain us, while she was very nervous with us, however after 5 minutes after she calm down a little bit we understood that we need to pay 12 euro per night in plus, although we havent requested any additional bed. She explained that the child is also consuming water and electricity in the room, explanation which was hilarious. I can consume as much water and electricity as for 2 persons if I am with bad intention, but I am not... Anyway we understood the request, and we paid, although its not clear in the policy. Very well this could be clarified and explained to us with more diplomacy. Maybe an "how was your trip?" would be a good start of conversation. Nevertheless, after more than 5 hours of driving and such "friendly" welcome, we just wanted to go out on the beach. I come in Greece every year for almost 15 years, but never had such bad experience with a host. We've been told that cleaning is made every 3 days. We stayed 7 and it was made only once, the 4th day. Some friend of ours were guested at Gena Bay, near to us at cheaper price, same conditions and view and very nice host.

The view over the bay from the balcony and from the garden is great! It's very clean anywhere, outside and inside too!

We had a great stat at George studios. My partner and I own a small sailing boat and our home bay is Vliho bay. We rented two rooms at George studios, because our father and his partner were coming to Greece. We could moor the boat in front of the property without any hassle. The rooms are clean, spacious and with a beautiful view to Vliho bay. The host is lovely. We had a great stay!

It would be nice if there is a possibility to buy some beers or snacks at the accommodation. Since there is no shop close by.

Very clean and tidy. Beatiful sea and mountain views. No noise. The studio is closed to the restaurants and Nidri. Perfect place.

There is not place to put toilet accessories in the shower cabin.

It was exactly like I saw in pictures. It was sparkling clean, located in a beautiful and quiet place, with a wonderful view. The host was super kind and friendly. She helped me with everything I needed . She gave me a lot of recommendations for restaurants, beautiful beaches, bars, etc. I will come back here for sure.

Dear, friendly hosts, they have a good word for the guests every day. The private garden and beach provide a unique opportunity for cloudless relaxation. The apartment is perfectly clean and well equipped. The bed is hard enough and comfortable. The view from the balcony of the apartment is unique. We are spending our holiday here for the third time, but we will definitely return here again.😊

The room was basic but clean with a nice balcony overlooking the bay.

I can definately NOT recommend this accomodation. The garden and the view is very nice, inside is ok, not as good expected from the photos, but nothing to really complain. But what got us really mad was that the host was not ready to compromise at all. We booked a boat at a local rental company next to Nidri. After that we booked two apartments for more than a week in the off season at Georges Studios. Before booking I asked via mail if we could bring our boat and park it. We did not know that it was such a big problem for the host to park the boat there from another rental company. They have their own boat rental company in Nidri and their argument was that we gonna destroy her business. I can partly understand that it is not the best circumstance to see a boat from another company at the pantoon in front of the house. I suggested to paste over the sign of the other company, but no chance. In the end she was even more unfriendly when we asked her if we can at least slightly reduce the price for the apartment because of our not avoidable circumstance to get the boat by car every day. I think if the host really wanted to find a solution it would have been possible. Sad that we can't recommend the location and won't come back by ourselves.
