Superbe hôtel, très bien entretenu. Magnifique piscine. Accueil très sympathique. Villa spacieuse et confortable. Tout était parfait! Nous avons adoré!

The villas are really spacious, clean and modern. I like the loft-style and the simple-ness.

We got one room assigned that’s just by the reception which is also used as a space to have breakfast in the morning for all the guests. It was baffling to us that a room is there in the first place as noise levels are naturally high and one’s privacy is obviously limited making an uncomfortable stay. Also the villa rooms have limited privacy sitting outside on the bench or chairs because other visitors can just walk past you and your room window. Not that great…

Lettie is such a lovely lady. She is a REAL JEWEL. The manager just as friendly and helpful. Everything was great

Der schmale aber lange Pool war klasse. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer waren toll (vorne große Fensterfront, dahinter Küche. Große Holzrolltüren zum Schlafzimmer. Gartenanlage war sehr gut angelegt. Auto konnte auf geschlossenem Gelände geparkt werden.

Die Unterkunft war sehr, sehr hellhörig.

The hospitality of the staff, in particular Leti, added finesse that provides perfect comfort during a vacation. Being far from home with kids can be trying and Leti was there to provide assurance and assist with our needs at all times. Her friendliness and hospitality really touched us and we would like to return again soon. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for all the love and kindness. You truly made our stay outstanding.

i am probably amongst the minority that visits your place, more Halal, Kosher or Vegetarian options on the menu for non-pork and non-alcoholic visitors will really be helpful. Alternatively, recommendations of Halal or Vegetarian eating places nearby is equally useful.

My partner, myself and our daughter had an amazing time at the Karoo Retreat. The staff were both very welcoming and accommodating. We're definitely coming back.

Friendly reception on arrival. The beautiful garden and swimming pool make it a very nice environment. Neat clean rooms Warm bedding and electric blanket added to a good night's rest

The gas heater did not have gas The room did not have lamps for load shedding It was not a problem for me but it can be a problem for other guests

The B&B was really nice. All the people were absolutly warmhearted and helpful. You can do your laundry which was perfect for us. They gave us perfect advise for activities and restaurants in oudtshoorn. They even reserved the activities for us.😃 And the breakfast was amazing.

beautiful room - light and clean if we had more time we would’ve taken up the opportunity for a massage in the spa safe feeling complex

There is a panoramic window which you can look out from when in bed - note this doesn’t have a blind or curtain - we found this fine but some will notice the light

The staff is very friendly and overall look is pretty and very decent.

We could hear everything from the next door villa. Even when they were using the toilet. The bed is good but the pillows are not comfortable.
