I giardini tropicali sia quello interno che quello esterno sono fantastici, molto bello l arredamento, cibo buono e di qualità, staff gentile e cordiale, ottima la palestra.

Poiché la piscina è un pò chiusa tra le mura dell hotel nelle giornate calde si fatica a stare sui lettini, manca un po l aria.

The hotel is owerall beautiful especially the swimmingpool area and the lobby. Excellent breakfast with everything you can imagine having for breakfast. The staff wery helpful and smiling.

The hotel room needed to be updated a litle bit. The beds did not reach my expectations. The pillows too thin and just a sheet as a duvet, not wery comfortable for my taste.

Helpful staff, clean, comfortable.

It would need some refurbishment.

Pool was to full couldn’t get a bed , Asked at reception could we use the Up part of the hotel as we couldn’t get a bed outside. The said no only on your last 3 days which is unfair as we couldn’t enjoy are time at any pools or beds
