This is a lovely little hotel in the historic part of Bangkok. The pool area and seating area are perfect to spend the early evening after a long day visiting the sights. The hotel staff also let you bring drinks from seven eleven to enjoy by the pool and the greenery surround the area is beautiful. The hotel also has lovely older style decoration which sets the scene perfectly. The rooms are large, basic but do the job well. We stayed in a room over looking the pool and I would recommend this. The staff on reception are great and help you out every way that they can. They also offer towels for the pool in reception. It is about a 15 minutes walk down to the Khao San road, but we preferred the parallel road Ram Buttri, as Khao San has gone a little crazy since I was last there :) We also walked to the Grand palace, which took about 25-30 minutes. We travelled with our 3 year old and the swimming pool was perfect for us.

It's a shame that this hotel does not offer breakfast included, as this would be far more convenient. However, there is a seven-eleven about 50 metres away. Also , the showers do not contain the water and so the bathroom often floods. These are not major issues but I think they can easily be solved by the hotel management.

The hotel itself has a very calm vibe. Located around 10 mins. walk from the busy Khao san road, the area is quiet, which gives you the opportunity to still relax after testing your limits in Bangkok's backpacker's haven (Khao san). It has a beautiful garden and an open-air relaxing pool. Rooms are facing the pool. I was even upgraded to a higher floor with balcony! The view from the balcony is perfection. The room has a rustic design and the bed was so comfy. The staff were very friendly as well. Although it does not offer breakfast buffet, they offer ala carte items in their cozy café downstairs, you get a big discount as well, as a hotel guest. It was amazing! the location was great for exploring, the pool and outdoor jacuzzi was great for a midday dip, the courtyard feels cooler than the surrounding area! the room was so nice! clean, comfortable and spacious, I had a balcony overlooking the courtyard which was great for an evening drink outside. the staff were helpful and knowledge.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and well appointed. Room was large, shower large with great water pressure and available hot water. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff were fantastic. Pool and gardens were most welcome when the temperature went over 40 C. Location is amazing, about 10 minutes walk to Khosan Road but in a super quiet neighborhood. Hotel was quiet at night. Highly recommended.

Minor - the front deck needs to be cleared more often.

Friendly and great location

We always come back to this hotel when we come to bkk. Very quiet place and very close to Khaosan road. (5min walking) The rooms are clean and beautiful. Amazing swimming pool! Delicious breakfast.

Peaceful little boutique hotel on a busy street. Can't hear any road traffic noise. Beautiful pool and decorations. Walk to awesome local restaurants. Great value.

Great location, small oasis in a crowded city, looks prettier than it does in the pictures. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cleaning staff came in daily to make the bed etc, but never cleaned the (dirty) sink.

although it was on a fairly busy road, once Inside the hotel it was very peaceful and tranquil.

it could have done with a little more lighting options in the bedroom. but not a big deal.

our room had several mosquito nest. the personnel told us that it was from the hotel next to ours but we can definitely say that there were mosquitos inside the room. And the beds had no mosquito nets... the hotel suggested us to change room but for a lower category and facing streets. they did not have spray to kill them. it was very annoying.

Pool was cold

I will start by saying that i would most definitely come back to this hotel when i return to Bangkok. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was super clean, comfortable, it had a lovely pool and reception seemed to provide everything that you might need. Staff went above and beyond and always with a welcoming smile.... all staff without any exceptions. Last but nor least the hotel is super well located, close to most tourist attractions but equally removed from hustle as bustle.

I suppose the only thing i can potentially say is that the shower door allowed for some water to pass onto the toilet floor, but this is truly a minor factor.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The photos don’t do the property justice. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool courtyard and it was so peaceful, the bathroom was lovely (shower amazing), rooms clean, complimentary water daily. Staff polite and helpful. The location is great for Khao San Road, I can’t comment on the food as we always ate out as there’s so many local street food vendors and restaurants to try. Would 100% recommend this hotel!

Beds / pillows a little hard & uncomfortable. Prices of food & drinks at hotel a little steep compared to restaurants nearby so just ate out instead.

It was very clean and spacious. The banana pancakes for breakfast were delicious. We really like the pool and how it was so close to everything.

very close to Khaosan area, around there are many eateries. Staff are very enthusiastic. I will be back in February 2023

Easy to find, welcoming, amenities were exactly as described! The common areas as well as the room itself was clean and comfortable.

During a storm some water dripped down through my room's ceiling. This was not a problem during the normal daily rain, however, only the one day when there was more severe rain! And the staff were very accommodating with towels etc when it happened.
