הנוף מהמלון מהמם אך לשם כך נדרשת נסיעה בכבישים מאוד מפותלים וחשוכים. יש שולחנות נחמדים מול הנוף
המלון מאוד מאוד נקי
ארוחת בוקר טריה ונחמדה
הבעלים נחמד וכך גם אימו שמכינה את ארוחת הערב
יש בריכה נחמדה שצופה לנוף- לא השתמשנו תחילת אוקטובר היה קר מאוד
הנסיעה הארוכה והמסוכנת למקום
פרט לארוחת בוקר וארוחת ערב נחמדות- לא יותר( על ארוחת ערב בסיסית עם 2 כוסות יין שילמנו כ 65 יורו) המלון לא הציע דבר. היה קר ולא ניתן היה להכנס לבריכה, אין סיור ביקב או טעימות יין.
החדרים מרוהטים באופן סגפני ומאוד בסיסי וכך גם חדר הרחצה. בנוסף יש בעיה עם המים הם הופכים במהלך הרחצה לקרים מאוד ואז לחמים מאוד
אין אפשרות להכין קפה בחדר ועל אספרסו בלובי גובים כסף. ביום הראשון שמו לנו 2 תיונים ומילאו בקבוק במים אך ביום השני לא מילאו את הבקבוק ולא הוסיפו תיונים
כדי להחליף מגבות וסדינים צריך להוסיף 5 יורו ( הם מחליפים כל 3 ימים)
ישנו בחדר פרטי בצד ולא בבניין המרכזי.
לא ידוע לנו כיצר נראים החדרים האחרים.
לטעמי אין הצדקה מבחינת מה שניתן במלון לנסיעה המורכבת.לשם. יש מבחר מלונות בדורו ואפשר לבחור טוב יותר

De l'accueil au superbe buffet du petit-déjeuner, tout a été parfait !
Personnel sympathique et souriant, très disponible.
Nous avons adoré notre petite maison perchée au dessus des vignes !
Vue magnifique d'où que l'on soit !
RIEN ! nous aurions aimé y passer plus de temps et surtout profiter de l'espace jardin et piscine (il faisait trop frais malheureusement)

I don’t know where to start since the patio areas, pool, scenery and outstanding service really made for the most amazing relaxing weekend getaway. We traveled as a group of several families and truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was a delight and loved engaging with our children and making sure that one of our special needs child felt comfortable during his stay. The hotel offers a broad menu that catered perfectly to us parents as well as our kids. I can’t wait to go back.

Very nice owners, we were introduced to the whole family, grandparents and children. Good location. We did the trail from provesende to pinhao, very nice approx 4 km. Provesende is a much nicer village than Pinhao, Pinhao has the river and the train station, Provesende a much prettier village.

Amazing view, excellent breakfast and dinner was good too.
Coffee facility in room was instant, no milk. If you add a Nespresso machine and provide a small fresh milk, it would be a perfect experience.

It was set in a beautiful location overlooking the vineyards of the valley. very clean and very comfortable.

What a beautiful setting! We had a large room (more like a private cottage) with a balcony overlooking a gorgeous view of vineyards, mountains & scenic villages. The property is located high above the Douro Valley, about 20 minutes from Pinhao. The distant location may not be ideal for everyone, but given that the place is self-contained, with breakfast and dinner available at the on-site restaurant, the view & peaceful surroundings more than make up for it.

Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Loved the nice view from our room, we had luckily good weather in November during our stay here despite Nov being known for rainy weather. We also enjoyed our breakfast here, it was a good spread!

About 30 stone steps from main house down to deluxe bungalows and pool. Well lit but no railings at all.

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating to our requests! Would've liked to have stayed here longer. Sunset over the Douro Valley is really something to behold. This establishment puts out a very generous buffet breakfast and the place was simply delightful to stay at.

Provesende is a very beautiful and pitoreque village.
Quinta manhas Douro has a nice view on the Douro Valley. The staff was friendly and helpfull with all our requests. The menu is very diverse and the food delicious and fresh.
We liked and ejoyed our stay in all ways. Everything was perfect! Thank you for your hospitality.

The cover blanket had a foul smell. The a/c was not working properly the room was too warm.

Room air conditioning units struggling but take into account that outdoors temperature during our stay was averaging 33 to 40 deg.C.

clean and attractive with good quality breakfast
it offered diner but the food was unacceptable. Not tasty nor freshly prepared.
The AC was not functioning well and it felt always hot in the room despite the fact that we left it on all the time!

It really is a 5-star facility the attention to detail and the staff were just wonderful and the views from the terrace and swimming pool were just food for the soul. I highly recommend a stay here.

Stunning views and general feeling of the location. Facilities were good. Attentiveness of staff. Value for money. Cleanliness. Food and beverage availability at property was welcome. Winery next door was convenient for a tasting and good quality.
A little remote to food and beverage options. You need to drive. Nearby village has few options.

This country house is super cute. Grounds and view are breathtaking Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good . Pool was wonderful.
Rooms are small . No views out the room windows.
