Dirty room, toilet was okay

Dirty room breakfast was not good and overpriced

food taste & freshness needs improvement

The location is very close to Jakarta Library; The room is clean

The room was not ready yet at check in time (2 pm). We waited for almost 1 hour to get the room key.

Room was okay just train sound keep hearing every 15 min

Breakfast was amazing! Great selection of food they had. I could have eaten there all the time. The room was simple, clean and with enough room for 2 people to move around. The shower was strong and the bathroom decent. The pool at the top is a nice place to relax (if only they lowered the music volume!). The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport, nice of them to do this for us.

The check-in process was very very slow. It took them ages to get our keys ready and we went to the room only to find the key didnt work. We had a long journey and were exhausted. The staff could do more to speed things up. The queue became so long because of how long it takes them.

The room was comfortable and the bed was big. The room was cleaned each day and fresh towels provided. The staff were very polite and were always checking that things were of with the stay. Breakfast was very nice and there was a good variety.

There are not a great deal or restaurants within a few hundred meters if the hotel. However, bluebird taxi’s are extremely cheap and can get you to further places for food.

check in and check out are quick. Good location Easy to get hail riding

wi-fi speed can be improved, I finally end up using tethering from my smartphone Plate, bowl, fork and spoon from room service was left overnight at the corridor, and it was taken the next day after I told one of the staff that in progress preparing a room

Staff so so friendly and helpful. Such amazing value for money and included breakfast. Walking distance to my sons apartment.
