Location since it’s just walking distance to the event we supported. Japanese Restaurant was very nice my guest enjoyed so much the peaceful and very nice and professional staffs.

The pillows are too soft that it caused me stiff neck. But maybe it’s also my sleeping position. But it’s not really a good support for my head and neck.

The hotel is clean and have comfortable beds, very nice staff and helpful. The food from the Indian restaurant was very tasty and nice. They have a small and cute pool and the spa treatment is very nice.

The location is far from the attractions and big shopping malls. The toilets are a bit old, and they need to renovate the hotel to bring to a top standard. The quality is generally acceptable.

Good size large guest rooms.

Not quite J W Marriott standards. All lampshades in the room were tatty and damaged.

The hotel is in a good location in the city. The staff are very courteous and helpful, we had a nice extension of the stay. The Little India restaurant is really nice with very tasty Biryani and butter naan. The waiter in the restaurant was very understanding and offered good guidance.

The Toilet is old model, better newer designs as well as the TV could be modern and large. We didn't get interconnecting rooms with my kids, but we were given next door rooms.

it was nice stay... i booked two room and the bedrooms was large and comfortable.. hotel staffs were fast respond and breakfast was good

the swimming pool is too small..
