Unica nota positiva i ragazzi della reception davvero gentili e disponibili,per quanto fosse loro possibile....

Le foto su booking sono del nuovo stabile,che era completo così ci hanno sistemato in quello vecchio. La prima camera era inaccettabile così ci hanno spostati in una più grande,a loro dire una suite (forse perché c'erano due vecchie poltrone e un tavolino affianco ai letti)ma sempre pessima. Buia,vecchia, trasandata,non c'era nemmeno la tavoletta del wc. Esperienza negativa.

La amabilidad del personal. El chico q nos atendió muy amable, hizo lo posible para ayudarnos e informarnos a pesar de la barrera idiomática. Contacto con furgoneta para que nos llevara al Lago Koman. Pudimos dejar el coche de alquiler allí mientras hacíamos ruta por Valbona y Theth. Agua gratis. Y el desayuno incluido, como salíamos muy temprano nos lo pusieron en una bolsa para llevar. Excelente. Lo malo, un poquito lejos de la zona bonita y nueva que visitar en Shkodër. Pero bueno, con lo limpia que estaba la habitación y amabilidad del personal, eso es sólo un detalle nada más.

Der Stadtteil macht erst einmal keinen guten Eindruck, das Hotel ist jedoch in einem sehr guten Zustand mit Privatparkplätzen auf dem Hof. Ansprechende Frühstücksterrasse mit sehr gutem Frühstück. In ca 800m Entfernung ist ein kleines Zentrum mit einigen Cafés und guten Restaurants. Komme gerne wieder.

El hotel es perfecto para lo que buscábamos: hacer noche y que nos gestionaran el viaje a los alpes albaneses. El precio ajustado. Pudimos dejar el coche allí las noches que estuvimos haciendo la ruta por las montañas. Nos prepararon desayuno picnic para poder llevar a la excursión. En internet ponía que disponían de bicis imagino que para que te costase menos llegar al centro pero no las solicitamos, de primeras nos pareció algo peligrosos moverse en bici.

El hotel no está céntrico, la zona está apartada pero se podía llegar andando sin problema (unos 15 minutos). No esperes grandes lujos en la habitación, todo estaba correcto y muy limpio, increíble cómo huelen los suavizantes en este país, pero no es un hotel con encanto (la verdad es que no hace falta).

The reception guy is son kind, he helped us with the bus for going to theth, the rooms are so cleaned and big, the place is so quiet and you can leave there your car and your luggage while you’re in theth.

The staff was super nice, they helped us with everything, including our transport to valbone. They gave us recommendations for places to go eat, it was delicious! The room was everything you need, very clean and shower was nice.

Perhaps that it is a little far our of the city center and bus station.

Very basic hotel, the basics are there. Shampoo, soap etc, but no coffee or any glass to drink out. Breakfast is very good, with eggs, tomatoes, fruit and slices of white bread. I’ve stayed here two times for one night. The first one I’ve travelled to Valbona with the minibus, ferry and minibus. The reception arranged this for me. Back then I had questions about the road back. But there respons was: I only sell tickets that’s not my job. Which I find a strange answer. The trick for the road back is let the guesthouse in Valbona reserve a seat for you. This is done a day before departure. Overal a nice hotel, just outside the centre. In the reservation they mentioned something about bikes, but I’ve not heard anything about it, although I didn't specific ask for it. I don't know why this an option then.

Hallways smell strongly like vanilla

This is the best shower in all the Balkans! It has strong water pressure, huge standing area, and a glass screen to stop the water wetting the rest of the bathroom. Book here just for that reason! On top of that they have very comfortable beds, friendly staff and a home cooked omelet every morning with coffee. It’s a slight walk down the main road out of town but I never once felt unsafe. Everyone was so friendly and greeted me on the street

Quiet location close to city centre, spacious room. Staff quite flexible in terms of date change and extension of stay.

No lift, missing shower curtain (I hate flooding the bathroom!).

The very friendly receptionist made a breakfast to go with coffee which was great.

The breakfast was packed for our trip to Theth early in the morning. The staff arranged a van for us. The room was clean.

Perfect location. Staff very friendly. They even prepared a take away breakfast since we were leaving before the breakfast starts.

The balcony door cannot be locked. The toilet seat was worn.

Friendly staff who spoke good English and were.availbale 24 hours for check in. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. We were stopping here before and after the theth to valbone Valley hike and were able to organize and be picked up at the door by the local bus transport, as well as leave some of our luggage. They made us a breakfast pack on our early departure and when staying again we had the most delicious breakfast and good coffee at their little restaurant. Good proximity to Shkoder centre too. Highly recommend!

The only thing I can think of is that the spare toilet paper was hard to find and on our second night it was a little noisy as our room was next to the carpark.
