Super helpful staff, specially nigh staff. Great facilities, good sauna. Huge pool. Good variety of food in restaurant. Easy to arrive and very nice environment.

First day pool was pretty dirt and restaurant closed. They didn't have all the foods on the menu available.

I liked the room, it was beautiful, quiet, and clean. Besides, the infrastructure was amazing, it has medieval design which was really interesting. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool is great! It's very quiet. The staff is very attentive. The family had a lot of fun!

Maybe have some poolside services such as drinks.

None, everithing not good, A/C sound like atomic reactor, zero cooling. Sheets looks 20 years and just to be white but not anymore. I booking for 3 nights and only stay 2 and only go to the restaurant once for breackfast and we need to wait untill 08:00 because is only 08:00 to 10:00 not no choice only what they offer, if you for 1 slide of bread ectra. Need to pay. The price for the facilty, acomodation, etc is not worthy. I will not recoment it to not body.

Noting

The views over the Quinini mountains and the sunset is just stunning. It also has a good pool and other amenities.

It is next to the highway, so there is too much noise in the evening. Rooms are very basic for the price they charge.

They only accepted cash!! The local bank machine didn’t dispense my money but it deducted from my account, luckily my bank reversed the transaction, but i still had to travel into town to get the cash,
