We had a great holiday with family - the pool is large and very clean - a real essential in the heat. The villa has really comfy beds and plenty of crockery and utensils for bbq and stay at home meals. It’s a 15 minute walk to the busy areas of the resort and located in a beautiful and quiet area. The outdoor areas of the villa exceeded our expectations however the interior is a little dated in places (bathrooms and general decor) but this didn’t affect our enjoyment overall. We would recommend.

We had a very nice time at the apartment and enjoyed our stay. The resort management were very helpful and dealt with a couple of small issues we had very promptly when we first arrived. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing break.

Wonderful Villa with one the biggest pools on the resort ... the pool heating in April was certainly worth it. The villa is well stocked with everything you need and any questions or advice the host was quick to reply ..Lovely garden and great place to relax. Certainly reccomend it and deffo will be returning .. Thanks for a great week of chilling !!

The property was nice and comfortable. There was 8 adults staying at the property for a golf holiday, plenty big enough, nice size pool and out door area. Had everything we needed and walking distance to club house, restaurants and boulebard. Great service from key holder and owner. Comfy beds. Had a great time and accessible to other gilf courses within 10 to 20 mins

My family and I had a lovely holiday at this beautiful villa. Barry was very easy to deal with, double checking everything was in place the week before we arrived. The check in process was so easy as well. The villa was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We all loved spending time in the huge pool which was very clean, we paid extra for pool heating which was ideal for this time of year. The villa is ideally located on the gated resort which its own large supermarket where we enjoyed regularly buying their fresh baguettes and croissants. Los Alcazares, 10 mins away, is a lovely town with a nice beach and lots of lovely restaurants, it has a very safe family vibe. We can’t wait to come back and visit again.

We really enjoyed our holiday, the villa was perfect, with 3 boys having plenty of space to relax in and a pool to enjoy was exactly what we needed. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed, a home from home. The resort was great, the shop was well stocked and there were plenty of places to eat on the as well as the restaurants just outside the resort, all within a 15 min walk. The on-site team were friendly and really helpful. Would love to visit again.

Me and my family had a great 2 weeks in this villa, it had everything you need and just a 10 min drive to los alcazares for the beach and loads of restaurants and bars. There are also plenty of really good restuarants just outside the complex. The very large pool was amazing in this weather and they cleaned it at least 4 times while we were there. Overall we all enjoyed the stay and would whole heartedly recommend it.

Easy process to rent property and pick up and drop off keys

Location was lovely, away from the busy main town - the whole process from pre-arrival, key collection and departure was flawless. Overall 5* Only issue was with the drains outside flooding when it rained, but feel this is more of a resort problem than the villa itself - so can't mark down for that.

We have stayed on the golf resort twice before and have never been disappointed. The layout of the resort is easy to navigate with children and a disability. The properties are well spaced and well kept. This was our first stay in this villa and we were not disappointed. Picking up the keys was straight forward and the owner was extremely helpful prior to our arrival (and during) particularly since he had very short notice of our booking. The Villa was clean to perfection and the overall presentation was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very pleasing. We found everything that we needed and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. The outdoor space was amazing and there were plenty of places to sit and relax. It is a very well kept villa which I would highly recommend. We will definitely be going back!!

Enjoyed a week at the villa and the complex which the villa is within. Pool was great and everyone spent a long time using it, even in the dark with the lights on! Good facilities on the complex made it easy to relax. Thanks from all of us.

We spent a fantastic week at this wonderful villa at the beginning of July. We arrived after 8pm, so had to pick the keys up from the resort management office, which was a two minute stroll from the villa and easy to find from Barry's directions. We had high expectations after reading reviews and looking at photos of the property. We weren't disappointed, the villa was immaculate with a great seating area around the pool. Its in a good location close to the main entrance of the resort. The resort itself is maintained to a very high standard, with a few bars and restaurant's within a ten minute walk. Barry contacted me the week before we arrived to check if we required anything and give me a general overview of the area, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property and will be back in the future.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay. We thoroughly enjoyed some relaxing quality family time and looking forward to our next visit to the area.

My family and I had a great stay at this 4 bedroom villa. This was helped by the lovely weather we had and having a super clean swimming pool which was regularly maintained. The villa was excellent everything we needed was available including Sky Sports. The Management team were very helpful and always available if needed. Great holiday and we hope to return soon.

Just returned from a fab stay at this villa, villa is in a great location to access all amenities and is very comfortable and well equipped, pool and outdoor area is fab! Would highly recommend.

We stayed as a family of four and all had a relaxing break. The Villa located on the Mar Menor Golf Resort was perfect for walking to lots of restaurants and of course playing golf. The Villa was lovely and very well equipped with everything we needed. The outside area and large heated pool had plenty of use during our stay! We hired a car to visit the local area but could of easily stayed in the resort for the week with everything on hand including a very well stocked SPAR shop. Thank you to Barry the Owner who gave a first class service, ensuring we had all the information we needed before we arrived and how to get in touch if we had any problems during our stay (we didn’t have any). We fell in love with the resort and will definitely be back. Thank you.

The villa and grounds of a very high quality. They were both very well presented clean and spacious. The pool was a lot larger than expected and very safe for the children due to the different depths. Overall this was a really nice place to stay and we would certainly have no issues with returning for a future holiday

The villa was huge and very well equipped. The pool is great and the outdoor area was spacious with a lovely undercover area containing seating for 10. The lounge has a large TV, computer games, cards and plenty of books. The resort is pretty and really well kept. The hotel and community area are just over a 5 mins walk away with several reasonably priced restaurants (especially the Mexican and the Italian) and a bar area. The hotel lobby bar has a rooftop terrace with a children's disco four times a week. The BBQ Steakhouse in the communal area is also a kind of cafe in the day and serves ice cream and baguettes in the morning. The on-site Spar supermarket is about a 15 mins walk, which can feel quite long in the heat - we didn't have a car so we took our suitcases to avoid having to carry so much back! We got taxis to Los Alcazarez (about 10 mins in a taxi costing about €15) several times during our stay and went to the restaurants there. Lots of nice ones to choose from where you could you sit outside. We particularly liked Veni. The owner and the resort management company are both very helpful and quick to reply.

We spent a week staying in this amazing villa and it lacks nothing! We were 4 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect - the pool provided hours of entertainment for the youngsters while the less energetic lazed in the sun on the loungers and made the most of the great outdoor space. The villa was easily located within the smart Mar Menor resort and was only 5 minutes walk to the Intercontinental Hotel, with its many bars, pool and spa. The ladies spent an afternoon in the spa and it was lovely - the treatments were pricey but worth it. Not sure the indoor pool is worth your money - especially with such a nice one back at the villa! We had most of our meals in the villa and made use of the BBQ. It was fully equipped and we just had to buy in some charcoal (available from the Spa supermarket within the resort). There are two fridges in the villa which came in handy for storing water - we went through litres of it! The odd time we ate out - would recommend Route 66 - staff were really friendly and it serves delicious American style burgers / steaks etc. Would not hesitate to recommend this place - it ticked all our boxes and Barry was really helpful providing information and directions for us.

Really really nice and comfortable villa with all the added extras to make it luxury. Pool is gorgeous and we were in it every day - nice and warm. Cannot thank our host enough, very friendly and extremely accomodating. All in all a fantastic holiday. Thanks guys x

The villa is great and stocked with everything you need. The outside space is great with a brilliant bbq and a pool that kept the kids happy for hours.

Just spent two weeks in this fantastic villa. You need a car to get about but quite honestly the kids just wanted to stay at home and swim! Great location on the resort - near entrance, not overlooked, large heated pool, big outside area to sunbathe, BBQ, two tables outside with chairs plus sun beds, outside sofa and chairs - very spacious inside and out. Inside tv in two rooms and lounge with good choice of channels - downstairs double room plus shower was useful and upstairs another shower and en-suite-great for large families or grandparents! Good wi-fi (better than home!) Everything you need inside, very comfortable and we also used the pool fence panels to keep children safe when not swimming - very useful! Spar on site well stocked and can walk 5 minutes to Intercontinental hotel for meals at various restaurants. 10 minute walk to more restaurants at the Boulevard. Barry the owner extremely helpful and efficient - made the whole booking process simple and stress free! Thank you - most enjoyable!
