Está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la torre de Pisa y de la zona antigua. Es un apartamento pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado con una terraza amplia que permite comer, cenar, etc al aire libre. Es muy tranquilo , con muy poco ruido. Si se va con coche, tiene parking dentro de la zona privada del apartamento

La cocina es bastante pequeña y no tiene campana eztractora pero suficiente para cocinar cosas básicas

Patrizia siempre accesible para lo que hiciera falta. La situación inmejorable. Tiene todo lo mínimo necesario para una estancia de unos día al ser el apartamento de unos 25 M2. Agradable entorno. Cómodo aparcamiento. Excelente relación el precio con el servicio prestado.

Por decir algo el baño del apartamento de planta baja,, estrecho no cómodo para personas con sobrepeso o muy grandes.

Brilliant location, such a suprise each day walking round the corner and seeing the tower. A lovely apartment in a gated area with security codes. The apartment was literally attached to an old church which was beautiful. WiFi, TV, hairdryer, iron, coffee, tea, kettle, fridge, clean towels, great shower, big bed, Aircon (but we didn't need or use it) ... It had everything we could need and want. Definitely recommend and a perfect base for traveling around Tuscany. We did Pisa, Lucca and Florence in our 4 days and walked to both stations nearby, Central and Rossore. Got the bus to the apartment when we first arrived (buy tickets in the station first) but it was honestly quicker for us to walk, if you're able. Nicer too and plenty of coffee shops on the way to have a minute from backpacks. Great local scene close to the river, craft beer bars and eateries with the locals. We've been to loads of European cities and really enjoyed Pisa when you peel back the initial tourist front. Get into the neighbourhoods and outer districts of town.

Bed was a little hard, coffee machine but a couple of capsules of coffee would have been nice

The location was brilliant, and very secure, quiet area, all within a locked and gated area, brilliant if you have a car, plenty of restraunts and shops nearby, bus stop at the end of the road, and 500 yards from the leaning tower

Location was great. Five minutes walk from restaurants and ten minutes walk to the tower.

Location wise this is really close to everything and a lot of places were reasonable walking distance away. There were also supermarkets nearby but do check the closing times as some places close early. Plenty of restaurants within reasonable distance to choose from as well. The host was also very friendly and accomodating with our requests. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and a coffee machine (without coffee pods) but nice to have a machine for those who want to use it. There was also free WiFi with great speeds.

It's not a big issue, but the shower runs out of hot water sometimes. Most of the time the water was warm enough for the second person but only once the water was freezing. The shower is also a bit on the smaller side, so if you're on the larger side it may be a slight struggle.
