Service and staff both are very poor even I thing I waist my money. Even I ask to staff to remove broken sofa and change bed sheets. He reply go take hotel some where else. I was to much tired because of driving I stay next day I left hotel and stay in Buradah city

Location was easy to find the staff was okay

rooms were not clean at all. dirty bed sheets a lot of hairs on them, we request to change they changed it but again the same the new bed sheets were also dirty. smell in the room TV was not working no toilet papers and towels no soap.

We were told WiFi works but there was no Internet on the connection. Staff were not helpful at all and dismissive of the issue

The Egyptian receptionist is so rude and not helpful,he kept us waiting for him and he is setting in front of us without take care of our reservation.
