Everything was perfect. The apartment is just like in pictures. Beautiful city. I was very pleased by the city-break. Definitely recommend it.

The property was stunning and in a gorgeous part of town. It was quiet yet close to fantastic restaurants and just a short walk into the main areas of Venice, an amazing place to visit and the perfect place to stay.

The owner, Vanni, was kind enough to meet us at the water bus stop and walk us to the apartment which is not so far from the stop. The unit is well organized with a living/kitchen area and seperate bedroom and bathrooms. It is a very safe neighborhood to stay in.

Vanni and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. Great location, quiet but within easy reach of main sights, waterbus stop only 5 mins away. Apartment was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including a comfortable bed!

Not one negative thing about the accommodation. Complete home from and we loved every minute. The host was sweet as chocolate.

The location, the room is great.

If you are looking for an apartment in Venice this is perfect. The host is friendly and very helpful, the location is a 15 minute walk to St Marks square, you are 5 minutes from the water stop. The room will sleep 4 it's clean and spacious. Definitely a recommendation from my wife and I.

The host was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay and the location couldn't have been any better, private enough to avoid noise and yet close enough to the center and main touristic locations.

Quiet place, close to shop and bars. Very clean apartments. Very friendly and helpfull ouwner.

The location of the apartment was really good. 5-10 mins walk to water bus stop / boats 20 mins walk to San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs. Restaurants galore nearby There is a small enclosure of turtles nearby very nice to watch. The facilities were just perfect. Working kitchen and bathroom and the apartment is in the ground floor so it cools very fast with the AC. Separate sofa bed available which I used (I snore a lot) and it can actually house a family of 4. Vanni is the best host. Lots of love and I will recommend to couples and family.

Can’t really fault the flat: all mod-cons, good standard of cleanliness and not too badly located.

Bit miffed I was fined €30 for checking in after 9.30pm, especially after Booking.com said there would be no extra charge. But that’s probably more their fault than the owner’s. Also someone kept ringing the doorbell at 9am, but had gone by the time I opened the door.

It was great! Very close to the canal (outside the front door). Lovely quiet area 15 mins from the centre. Vanni is so helpful, provides good recommendations and always available if you want to text him questions.

Quiet location but still close to the center, few minutes walk to San Marco. Close to the Supermarket and restaurants near by. Vanni is a friendly host, picked us up at the boat terminal, and took us to the apartment. Highly recommended !!
