Ce bungalow est très propre et face à la plage. Nous avons passé une nuit la bas et la journée entière. Le personnel est super réactif et très sympathique. Le lieu est magnifique. Je recommande.

This place is an oasis. Our hosts were super friendly, the food and drinks were delicious for a reasonable price, bungalow was clean and the beach section got cleaned every morning.
Get here rather soon than later as there is some construction going on. The council of Kep is building a pier and a little street. Don’t know if it’s still so charming after finishing the project.

Staff not welcoming. Communication poor. meals poor.obviously a lot of short cuts to save money.
Bungalows as expected. (Very basic) power not supplied all night so fans go off. Roosters crowing ALL NIGHT. And then out check out which they changed boat time at last moment. Then tried to give me wrong change. And gave me damaged American dollars.

Really comfortable bed with a great relaxing area with hamacs in front of the bungalow looking onto the garden.

Private beach. Very simple hut. Electricity just for a few hours on the island. Good place to take a break from everything.
Since it's on a small island, food choice is limited.

The location of this resort is absolutely stunning. With a view on the beach and the sea.
The staff was not able to let us feel welcome. No communication, no information, no feel of welcoming. No possibility for breakfast. No room ventilation or airco. Not a nice place to stay, we left dissapointed after just 1 night and went to the much friendlier Simones Lodge.

Beach after 11 am full of algae and some trash because of tides. Not good for swimming after that time. They clean every morning

Simple but nice bungalows just by the beach.

Friendly staff
The room got quite hot after 11pm when the electricity was shut off and the fan stopped working. But the simple life by the beach makes it totally worth it anyway.

Electricty was only on for a few hours in the evening after 18.00pm. However it was to be expected.

We stayed 5 nights and spent a happy time everything was just perfect in this lovely family run guesthouse

It’s as simple as it looks - I loved my stay. The seafood was exceptional. From sea to plate. I am selective of when I eat seafood and it’s a must here. The island is beautiful but fills at the weekend, so if you want quite book during the week.
If you like posh - then it’s not for you. I don’t have anything negative to say. Back to basics - loved it. Great value and a stunning location positioned at the end of the beach.

Need to wait electricity supply everyday at 5.30pm as the resort use a big generator to accomodate the resort.

Located by the beach, beautiful garden, good view. Nice host and good value bungalows. Area is clean. Mobile date works well on the island.
Gekos but it is common on islands and with bungalows. Electricity is only in the evening.
