female staff members were very arrogant. male counterparts were very nice and accomodative. same request asked to feamle v/s male counterpart, you get totally opposite response

Comfortable bed, specious room with nice decoration, the room was clean, great location near tram & metro station and it take 15 min to the city center. Staff were friendly and provide us with recommendation for sightseeing and restaurants.

Shower's water flow is not uniform and it needs to be replaced

The bar closed at 11 and the staff refused to serve a glass of wine at 11.15. It would have been easy for the reception staff to serve a bottle of wine at that time. The restaurant is closed at the weekends.

I drove to Brussels by car and getting to the hotel was quite easy. There is also an underground parking garage (quite narrow) for 20eur per night. I left my car in the garage and went with the subway. The entrance of the subway is in front of the hotel. The hotel room was decent size and although the interior is a bit dated, everything was clean. I was traveling for work, and alone - so for me alone, it was an ok hotel experience. The hotel is functional, it does what it needs to do, namely offer a bed to rest and help you get on your way.

There are two main things which were less ideal: the pillows and the customer experience of the front desk. Firstly, the pillows were synthetic and too hard for me. I didn't bother asking for others, since my first run in with the front desk was not the best experience. Secondly, When I arrived at the property, the staff at the front desk, seemed to be very rigid, following a set of rules which left little space for customer service. For example, I had to pay a deposit but only had a debit card with me. I offered to pay the whole hotel room bill upfront, but this was not possible "What if you take stuff from the minibar?". Since debit cards were not accepted for a deposit, only credit cards, I had to go to a nearby ATM and get cash. When I got back to the front desk, I was allowed to pay the room with my debit card but had to give the 150eur cash for a deposit. Literally made no sense at all to send me walking to an ATM while the risk of me "running off" with the minibar tab was negligent. It was a few little things like this which made me think that this hotel was in a bad area or something, dealing with questionable clientele. The cleaning and waiting staff at the breakfast was very friendly. The cleaners even found my kindle, which I forgot in bed of my room, and gave it back to the hotel management. That was a nice thing to do.

There was some work, the hotel was renovating some rooms, it was not clean and a lot of noise!The hotel didn't tell us anything.

Very comfortable bed.

The hotel was easily accessible. The staff were very attentive and kind.

The breakfast was monotonous. The buffet was exactly the same every day and not at the level of a 5 star hotel. In addition the double beds are two beds put together which make the not the most comfortable. They changed our room when we complained but it was the same.

Good-sized room with a view over Square Montgomery. Excellent soundproofing. This is a very comfortable hotel from all points of view and in a perfect location for our needs in Brussels. The reserved parking was indispensable in this area and well worth the charge. The hotel staff members were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was a daily pleasure.

Parts of the hotel are undergoing a significant upgrade and this meant that on occasions we had to wait longer than is normal for the elevator to arrive, since the teams working on the improvements had to use it to access all floors. This is in no way a criticism of the hotel (or indeed the workers, who did their utmost to be discreet!) and we look forward to seeing the results on a future visit.

There wasn't a ramp in hotel entrance, which makes it difficult for the disabled or families with a stroller.
