Good position in the centre of Copenhagen. Good breakfast

Room was very tiny and dated. It was hot and noisy.

The location of the hotel was good.

The hotel internet didn’t work at all during my stay. I tried contacting the staff about it, but they seemed completely disinterested. They told me that the it never really worked, I asked if they would mind trying to get it fixed or rebooting and update me. They never got back to me and the internet never worked. So if you would like to stay at a hotel with internet then this is not the one. Very disappointed by the lack of help or understanding. No apology or anything, just disinterest- a bit like the hotel in general actually - the place is slowly falling into worse and worse disrepair. Also we didn’t get enough towels for us, they just told me to look in the cupboard - where there weren’t more towels. So again no help.

Very old hotel

Very good location, close to the metro and the sights. Comfortable room, very good breakfast. Coffee and tea are available at all hours. The wine happy hour was a pleasant surprise. We stored our luggage in the luggage room on the last day of our stay, which was very convenient. Overall we had a great stay, thank you!

We could hear other guests coming in and out of their rooms at night, so if you're a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs.

Bed comfortable...nice breakfast & staff nice.

we got a small room at the 5th floor. it was not clean and it did not get cleaned even though we asked for it. breakfast was good. staff very nice anf helpfull. very nice launch with coffee and fruit. location absolutely perfect.

we would have liked if the room had been cleaned and we had got clean towels. i will not stay on the 5th floor if I ever come back.

Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and nice

1950s elevator, small room with hardly any space. Dirty hair dryer. No hot water kettle available in hotel. But staff were kind enough to give us a flask

>The bathroom of my room on the first floor as well as the hallway of that floor, had a bit of a funky bathroom smell. > Only one little spotlight worked in my room #14, which I brought to the attention of the employee of the front office. The young man, Fra, tried to replace the three bulbs with no success. He mentioned the lamps would be fixed the next day, which did not happen during the three nights I stayed there.

We were here for 5 nights to get married in Copenhagen. Our stay was absolutely perfect. It was super easy to book for our guests as well. The rooms are big and comfortable. They have an option where, if you don't have your room done, you get a 100DKK voucher for their bar, which is awesome. The breakfast was not too expensive (for Copenhagen) and really really good. Large choice of savoury and sweet options. There is tea, coffee and cakes available in the lounge for you to help yourself, and it is a great way to enjoy have a snack when back from exploring Copenhagen. The staff was wonderful -- we asked them to put a bottle of champagne in their fridge, hold on to my wedding bouquet, and they were so helpful. Also, it is so well situated, you can walk anywhere, and plenty of restaurants and bars only 5 minutes away. And there's a park 1 minute away where I went to do my morning run. I cannot highlight how great this place was. It made us feel at home and it was entirely part of our wedding. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rooms could have more storage (like a shelf in the bathroom to put your washbag or something).

The staff was very friendly and super helpful, great service. The breakfast was tasty. Free coffee and tea around the clock. Good location (nice park nearby), nice bikes for rent.

Our room was against the elevator shaft and we heard it every time it was used. It made it hard for us to get good sleep. The shower was quite small, and the water would stagnate there. We had to keep the door open with a chair, so the water can evaporate.

The location is ok & some of the staff are nice especially Sarah who really catered to our needs. There is a colored guy at the reception who was rude & when I asked for a manager to talk to he said he is the manager but if he really is the manager then I know why the hotel is a horrible place to stay with a person like him as a manager. The whole hotel needs upgrading especially the bathroom. It truly was a nightmare staying in that hotel.
