Rooms are not too small
For parking, there’s a huge public parking that is 2 minutes away for 3.5 euros per hour.
I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. And I would come back again if I ever visit Munich.

Apartment was quite large and comfortable and location was good, not far from the main square in old town Munich.
The apartment was not actually part of the main hotel. To access you had to leave the reception and go around the corner or through and adjacent courtyard and then enter next to the service entrance to a restaurant kitchen which was not particularly nice. Then access to the floor was via a tiny lift - 2 people, 2 pieces of luggage - no chance.
Kitchen supplies were also a bit wanting - very reluctant to use lumpy sugar from a bowl.

The hotel is very well located near one of the main plazas (Marienplatz). At the same time, it's on a street that is very quiet.
The room was great in terms of space, comfort and cleanness. The breakfast was also very good with the right amount of options.
We were leaving by the end of the day. We are a family of four and we booked two rooms. We asked to have a late check-out in order to keep one room but it wasn't possible. It's not a big thing (and we were informed well in advance) but it was the only "not so good thing".

This hotel is in the perfect location to access the Christmas markets in Munich. It's very close to the Hofbrauhaus and other breweries/restaurants. The room was small but well equipped with stocked mini bar/fridge and complimentary water. The decor was lovely and the street was relatively quiet at night. I loved that there were multiple pillows!
The bed was too firm for our liking, but that's a personal preference thing. Also, there was no way to control the temp in the room (at least that we could figure out) and it was very warm. We had to open the windows to cool the room down.

Very good location near to the pedestrian area, the Hofbrauhaus and a great cocktail bar across the street.

The location was fantastic, right in old town but down a side street. Room was beautiful, we had an apartment. Furnishings and decor goregeous
Small elevator and quite slow bit it is europe. Basic breakfast was ok.

on booking I booked 1255 URO and when I give them my card they detect 1427.84 they steal me and I will send email to booking about this with evidence
the room service is bad
the mattress was smelling very very very bad and I told the receptionist to change it he ignore more

The hotel was in a great location, only about a 5 minute walk from Marienplatz. The staff were nice and the rooms were nice and clean, there was a bath which I loved and the beds were comfortable, the pillows were great. The wifi worked really well and I would stay again.
The safe didn’t work and the AC stopped working the last night we were there

it was conveniently located to the Munich city center. The hotel was extremely clean, great restaurant, accommodating and friendly staff, great facility. highly recommend!
The room was a bit warm but not bad enough to complain. There were guys in front of the hotel late at night who were drinking most likely as they got a little loud and used bad language.
