el desayuno completo pero no estaba preparado para la cantidad de huéspedes que alojan y siempre algo faltaba

Veldig god beliggenhet. God service og alt fungerte veldig bra. Har vært her og bodd på hotellet 5 ganger. Kommer tilbake. De har en veldig serviceminded vaktmester. Oppdaget dette ved to tilfeller. Varmepumpen i leiligheten virket ikke i slutten av oktober 23 når jeg kom hit siste gangen. Snakket med ham ute, og han kom umiddelbart og sjekket og testet alt fra vifter til funksjonsboks/rele. Kom tilbake et par timer senere - møtte en vaktmester som ga «tommel opp» utenfor - og alt fungerte som en drøm. Allerede klar for ny tur hit i vinterferien og 2 uker til sommeren. Gått mange turer i åsene bak hotellet på fine stier i naturen.

Très bel appartement spacieux et propre dans un bel écrin de verdure. personnel à la réception très professionnel et accueillant. Belles piscines. Très bon matelas dans le master bedroom

Les matelas sur les lits simples sont à changer. Très inconfortable. Il manque un règlement autour de la piscine qui interdit aux clients de sortir leur boom box pour écouter de la musique. Pas top pour ceux qui voudraient lire ou se reposer. Ce serait également judicieux d'interdire les soirées en terrasse après 22h surtout si elles sont arrosées d'alcool. A côté de ça je voudrais adresser un énorme MERCI au personnel de la réception qui a assuré pour faire cesser le bruit des fêtards dans la nuit.

El desayuno exquisito y muy variado, la habitación,amplia,bonita,bien equipada y muy confortable . El personal fie muy amable, cordial y solicíto. Y siento no poder ampliar la información, ya que mi estancia fue de una sola noche

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We paid half board, which consisted of a starter, main course, and dessert. There was not a great deal of choice at the evening meal for those on half board and to be honest, the main course was meagre. You did get the option to choose a main meal from another menu, but you did not get a starter with it.

Our room, whilst very spacious, could do with a freshening up. The lampshade was held together with tape!

Staff was very rude behaviour and the restaurant of the property is 25 mins walk. Without car visit this resort is not worth

Clean and good

We were travelling for a week across the Europe. So was tired from long distances and arrived in the Christmas Eve.. when seems all Spanish places are closed. We were over the moon that have found this beautiful corner of paradise. This time of year it was quiet, clean, beautiful surroundings, great golf course next to it, even through Christmas holidays Restaurant was working ( awesome dinners there and good breakfasts). Absolutely lovely appartments. We used to in our own house plenty of space - so here we were delighted to see how spacious were appartment. Our children loved it. We loved it. After long week and many hotels - here we felt rested and almost at home. Even having a lot of other apartments around was surprised that beautiful plants and greens surounding teraces provided privacy and peace for our family. Also loved the appliances- washing mashine, dryer and abilitu to cook - the family - our own dinner (as were quite tired eating all the time at restaurants) Loved the hotels location as well- on the outskirts of Alicante. Initially we booked 1night - but were so pleased with the services, hotel and polite stuff that extended our stay for 4 days. Special gratitude to very polite stuff members on the reception, in the restaurant and room cleaners. Very pleasant and lovely to meet. We would highly recomend this to families, golf lovers and everyone, who seeks rest, peace, privacy and wonderful holiday.

very good restaurant in the resort fresh fish and meat kind staff

need a car or taxi to buy food and beverage however that increases restaurant visit warm water outside pool would make it perfect in winter

All great! It spacious and the spaces are well distributed. It’s very clean. The heating system works perfect. The staff is friendly. Located close to the airport.

The double bed was too soft for us, so you tend to roll down to the middle of the bed. However this depends on each guest preferences. In general terms our stay was great and we would highly recommend this resort.

Location and the swimming pools. Next time we will use the golf course. Underground car park door would not open so we decided not to use it after it was sorted in case we had a problem when we were leaving at 6am the next morning. We did not receive a refund

The shower in the bathroom did not work properly as the button to change between filling the bath and using the shower would not stay upright - property 602

Nice comfortable resort, not far from the airport, good choice of food and drinks, well appointed accommodation

No shop to buy food etc
