The hotel was nothing like shown when booking and paying online. The room was not clean at all, it was full of black mould which is extremely dangerous. The staff were not very cooperative at all even when we explained the problem we had come across. Overall I would not recommend or every stay here again. I also paid for 2 nights that I didn’t even stay for as they would only refund me 1 night out of 3.

Close to train station walking distance close to gig venue and shops. Nothing else.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed in dirty uncomfortable loud rude staff. Staff no one site building materials left around. Phoned the staff to book in was told 5 minutes took longer. I was there at two and booked in at half past due to staff not being there. Room was loud could hear foot steps hall way light outside of room was far to bright ironing boards filthy shower facilities filthy rusty TV broken plug sockets broken didn't use as looked dangerous. Free coffee and tea was supplied however no spoon or sticks. Checking out not staff again phoned them was told to leave the key card resting on the office window no thank you or any care. MY BIGGEST ISSUE! NO HEAD BOARD ON THE BED ! The bed was up against a grey wall no head bord the wall is grey why is there orange and brown marks on the wall! I know it's a hotel and people get up to things but at least clean the walls if your not going to protect them. The TV kept turning of had a huge crack the bathroom it self is really small sat down on the toilet and the sink was hitting my knees had to side step around bathroom to fit. The bedsheets did look clean however the mattress is the worst I have ever slept on springy uncomfortable and noisy. I understand it was a fairly cheap room I don't expect the works just wanted a clean warm peaceful room to rest my head for a night. A friendly hello and goodbye makes a difference. Customer service is needed as its basicly none existent in this place. If your not going to be there at all at least provide clean and correct facilities and make sure the paying customer is looked after before leaving. This place needs shutting down.

The room wasn't clean. There were dirty marks on the wall next to the bed. The shower was covered in black mould and soap marks - we didn't feel comfortable using it. A lot of the fittings were loose and coming away from the wall. We had a small window looking out into a messy yard. There was also a dirty ironing board left out in the corridor. All things that could easily be resolved if standards were maintained and checked. Not good value to have a dirty, rickety room for over £120 per night. The room would have also been way too small for 3 people, we were lucky a friend had dropped out.

The running water was spotty, the shower was mainly cold water, the sink was broken, the bedding had some stains on it, the towels were never changed, there was no elevator

The location was excellent for my needs. The room was at the back of the hotel which was quiet. Towels were changed each day

The television would not tune in to show picture/channel. I asked for this to be rectified THREE (3) times with no action. I asked for tea,milk and a teaspoon. The new shift attendant placed milk in the room. No tea or teasppon and of course no TV working. He had written sugar down on his paper which I hadn't even asked for but had forgotten to put it in the room anyway. He apologised and said he was new. I asked for some form of recompense but just apologised and said I could send an email. The place is very poorl run which is a shame as the location is excellent

Allocated closer to the shops.

Not very clean .Very dirty carpets & smelly.An electric fan was covered with dust.Ironing boards provided but no irons in the rooms.
