Room features that were uncomfortable: harsh overhead lighting, arrangement of furniture made it difficult to open suitcase and move around the space, workspace was unusable (height of table was too high to use while sitting, too low to use while standing).

Comfortable and clean room. Friendly staff. The location was good for me as I was visiting that part of town but it's a bit far from the city centre.

It was a little noisy at night because my room was close to the front entrance. Breakfast a bit basic

The staff is kind, we were able to drop off our bags before check-in time. There is always someone available at the reception. The rooms was clean and the bed was very comfy. Every 2 days they clean the room and give you new and fresh towel with shower gel also. The breakfast is quite well, if the weather is good you can have it outside on the terrace. The hotel is very close to a tram stop which is very efficient.

Staff! They were very friendly and polite. amazing caffee and it was very clean. Lady cleaned every day! I would give 10 for personnel!

The staff is very friendly. It is close to Bocconi University. There are insect nets on the windows. It is quiet and the beds are very comfortable.
