I liked the location & that I was provided a quiet room as I requested. For the most part, the hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was tasty; just wish there were American options as well.

1. Guests are encouraged to reuse towels to reduce water consumption, yet there are no hooks to hang wet towels. 2. Gym needs a lot of attention. Equipment is broken or not working. 3. Staff is strict about wearing masks at the breakfast buffet - yet guests need to serve themselves!? This makes no sense, since utensils are not wiped down afterwards. If we must wear masks, then guests should be served so as to avoid touching commonly used items.

Easy access to everything. Lots of shops near by. Best restaurant is la chata.can walk to it.

Not the best area to walk at night. Its fine during the day, but unsavory characters come out at night.

Roma is modern yet not veneer……. Very clean…safe…comfortable….the Staff are on top of everything and if not…. quickly respond. The desayuno/breakfast is muy bien/very good…..

I have stayed in many a Hotels around the World….. Some charging unbelievable high prices…which the Company paid for….. Yet Roma Guadalajara is by far the best value I have ever had the joy to stay with. The Hotel is in Centro…. Great Location….. Once inside the Hotel, the ambience is warm, welcoming, clean, secure and well maintained. The only thing that is better the room and all that one would expect from a very good Hotel … is the Staff. Professional, warm, welcoming and attentive….. Once the Staff have engaged you…they will remember you with a warm Greeting and Hola. Bien exercise room with a Steam Room! The desayuno is a feast of a buffet with very attentive Servers….

We stayed 1 night then left our large bags at the hotel and went to Tequila for 2 nights returning to spend a 2 further nights at The Roma. Our first room contained a fridge. When we returned the room offered did not have a fridge. At first they said ‘sorry’ until my wife found a picture of the room we booked showing a fridge. The problem was rectified. So, if you are booking this or any other hotel be quite sure what is in and not in your room. Otherwise, the hotel was very good. Wi-Fi fine, excellent buffet breakfast, staff brilliant and very close to the centre. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel.

Nothing apart from the little bit of hassle over the fridge on our second stay. But that was rectified.

Only hall ways are too noisy. When customers arrive at night or early morning, we could hear everything from our room.

excellent location I'm centro-historical district. Staff was very nice and helpful. WiFi worked well. Very good breakfast included that had different entrees every day.
