On the beach with restaurants, shops and pharmacy close to the hotel. Rooms good size and clean, air conditioning work well and staff were helpful and informative .

Good location next to beach, disabled access to all floors, balcony with view over bay, breakfast terrace, free on street parking, adjacent to bus station, onsite restaurant. A/C unit in room. Excellent free Wi Fi with coverage in all areas. Provision of free beach towels, Continental breakfast plentiful but limited range of choice.

Shortage of coat hangers and no table in room, No safe for valuables. No outside communal area with sun loungers.

It was ten feet from the beach and bus stop was a few hundred yards away and lots of cafes and restaurants and small shops in the surrounding area.

The beds were very uncomfortable you could feel the bed springs in your back. The air conditioning broke down and had to wait until next day to get fixed. Plus bingo being played in the square in front of the hotel from 6pm until 11.30pm 5 nights a week and very very loud could not relax on my balcony. See photo for outside of people setting up for the bingo at least 100 people playing at one time sometimes even more. Food in hotel restaurant very bad standards and staff non customer friendly it took them nearly 20 minutes to take my order after walking by my table at least 8 times and it took 35 minutes for my food to arrive which was a simple chicken pasta dish and it tasted vile. You had to fight off the infestation of flies while trying to eat your food 😡

Bathroom leaking through glass into bedroom leaving blistered paint and mould. No kettle. Bathroom dark over sink due to lack of lighting. More powerful bulbs would certainly help.

The views in the hotel are fantastic. Had a room overlooking the bay and the balcony was equipped with a chair to sit and enjoy the views. Arrived after midnight and checked in, no issues. The receptionist on check out was friendly and gave me some recommendations on places to visit.

The room was by an elevator which was a bit noisy.

The lady at the reception was fantastic - from the moment we arrived, she was very funny and personable. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was great and was the same as in the photos.

The location is great, right next to Pretty Bay, close to bus links too. Hotel is clean and Reception staff are lovely. Arrived early and room was ready.

Cant really say there is anything I dont like other than would prefer breakfast to be a full breakfast rather than continental and the room we had was a bit noisy on a morning as next to the maid station.

Staff is very kindly, room are very cleaned!! Beach is on the 10m.. everything is in the nearby . Room was very comfortable, clean, enough big for 2 people.

Place looks good, but it is next to freigt ship terminal (personnaly I enjoyed the view, but going for a vacation it isn't the best place for a beach rest). Restaurant place and breakfast 6/10.

It's a good place to have a stay over before early going to the airport, since it has a direct bus connection before the door.

Staff kept knocking to do cleaning when I was busy in the bathroom and yelling to please come back later. Breakfast has no warm food, poor quality drinks. Very limited. Hotel rooms are poorly noise-isolates, you can hear everything.
