Vanessa is a very warm welcoming hostess, the family room an the double room were Both Exceptionally clean and had ample space, comfy beds,and beautiful bathrooms.

It wasn't as close to Weston super mare town as i first thought, but that was only because the weather was bad.

Really lovely stay, everything was spotlessly clean and well cared for. For breakfast there was a good selection of cereals, however, we all opted for the cooked breakfast which was great, my husband had the vegetarian sausages, which he enjoyed, which is a first!

Clean and bright, large family room, with ensuite. Great breakfast, choice of full English, toast, juice, coffee/tea. Stayed 8 nights. Friendly and welcoming host. Easy access to M5 and town centre. Would highly recommend.

Lovely beautiful host. From the moment you arrive she makes you welcome and very helpful. The car parking was great and location was excellent for us, bus routes outside and pub across the road that serve lovely large meals. Inside the whole place is spotless how she keeps it so clean we will never know. bedroom was lovely and comfortable and shower was great. Breakfast is a must lovely tasting with quality products.she makes a lovely coffee too. We cant speak more highly about the place its a gem.

Only thing we could think of was a bussy road outside thats it.

Vanessa was very informative and friendly during our 3 night stay. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. About 1.5 miles from the beach and Weston centre. Super breakfast and easy parking on the driveway. Would thoroughly recommend.

Adventure seeing different locations

Bit away from town no problem if you have a car

Would have been nice to have had access to a part of the garden in the evenings or a lounge area of some sort rather than having to sit in our rooms, at our age we rarely go to night clubs or late night outings.

Vanessa was friendly ,helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Vanessa was lovely, her house is beautiful and absolutely immaculate. Facilities faultless, superb breakfast and the option to have Lottie as a breakfast companion (marvellous!). Can't fault Fernlea, will definitely be back next year. Perfectly situated with short and easy drive to the seafront. Well needed change of scenery for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast we nice. The room was lovely clean and the beds were comfortable even tho it was very hot and the fan provided helped a lot.

A small fridge in the room would of been good for the hot weather
