When we didn’t have hot water the staff came to fix. The breakfast was ok

Really sad that this place wasn’t good. We read the reviews and it seemed great so went for it. Unfortunately our whole room smelt of sewage and even stronger in the bathroom - the whole time we stayed. We had no hot water for the first day but this was sorted when we told the staff. Unfortunately when I touched the tap in the shower I got an electric shock, I think maybe the shower wiring had some issues.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber man ist schnell auf der Hauptstraße. Die Dusche war furchtbar, wir haben Stromschläge bekommen, beim Wasser einstellen. Wir sollten mehr bezahlen als bei Booking stand und mit Karte kostet es einen Aufpreis.

The host was a really lovely person who helped us a lot. Shw gave us loads of information regarding isla de sol. We could even buy our boat tickets there. There was luggage storage. The breakfast was brilliant. Good location.

There was an awful smell from the bathroom drains so we had to sleep with the windows open. The bathroom itself was horribly laid out, we had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. The carpet was filthy.

Great breakfast! The travel information given is very rich and correct! We gave you the right advice when buying a network card! Save us from wasting money! grateful! We took the night bus, and they already checked out and were willing to let us use the kitchenette and public space!

Lovely, kind and helpful staff. Super clean and found my room super cozy and warm bed.

The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us great advice regarding what to do and see in Copacabana and on la Isla del Sol. We stayed 2 nights there then 2 nights on the island camping. The hosts kept part of our stuff (bags) which we did not need for the 2 days we were on la Isla (made the hike quite a bit easier...) Breakfast is simple but good and complete - fills you. Bed is warm, shower has hot water. We stayed in the top room and had easy access to the top terrasse. It was an amazing view any time of the day. We crossed paths with quite a few other backpackers over breakfast. You're likely to see people that will go on the island at the same time as you. Overall amazing value for money.

Room was carpeted and a bit dusty. We wore sandals inside. The shower trim (control handle) was duck-taped...because there was some small current in it. Not ideal for a shower. We always made sure to turn on/off the shower while being dry and using a towel or plastic bag. Minor inconvenience but quite shocking (ah!) at first.

Good location close to bus stop and town. Staff were so helpful with what to do in area and you can buy boat tickets for Isla del sol. They also let us store our luggage. Breakfast was really good and our room was comfy and roomy with a nice terrace area
