We reached the hotel at 8.45pm & checked in, when inquired they said the restaurant is closed, so had to sleep empty stomach.
They gave us a room on the terrace & it was raining, we had to walk up a flimsy uncovered staircase getting wet
Morning around 4 am they switched off our a/c and all power points without any reason. I called them at 6am to get the a/c working.
A/c is out dated and not very effective
No fans in the room.

Staying at Regal Airport Hotel had been one of the best experience I have every had. The airport is soo close to the hotel, the breakfast are appetizing, the rooms are excellent, and I am soo amazed with the hospitality and room services.

Best for those who have flight because very close from the airport. Also has free pick-up and drop-off facilities for airport. Good for family or staying with friends.. the food was really good they also provide us complimentary breakfast..staff were very kind and helpful

The main things i like the most was location which was very close to the airport.. they also have airport shuttle free which was really good about hotel.. all staff were very kind and helpful.. Receptionist help us for printing my documents free of charge... I enjoyed my stay..

What i liked the most was location … its perfect for travellers
1st point Breakfast was not so good , i ordered somthing else and i paid for that… 2nd room was not the one which i had booked online … 3rd wifi was very poor … may be its because of covid … anyway thank uh regal family

Its a near to the airport.. staff were very kind and helpful..( housekeeping and service staff)Ms.
Rosti Suwal and Mr. Suraj Neupane were so friendly, they went over and beyond to help and make our stay more enjoyable.
Also the food was good... They also have free airport shuttle which was really good about the hotel.
I will visit
again..

Hotel staff & reception response is very nice & very friendly, My special thanks to Mr. Suraj who arranged airport pickup & his assistance very nicely. For sure I will refer this hotel to my friends & my stay will be here next time again.
