The location is excellent for Le Panier , the port and downtown . perfect in every way.

Michelle is a great host and kept in contact to ensure everything went well. The apartment is large and comfortable in the lovely old part of town the Panier district., but also a short walk to the old port. Large seating area and the bed is comfortable. Plenty of plugs, storage and great WiFi. Everything you need for your stay. No breakfast option but plenty of cafes nearby.

In a great spot near the old port and the panier neighbourhood of Marseilles. Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and a short walk to the port to take a trip on a boat or on the metro. The apartment was perfect for three people, in fact the rooms feel spacious. No view as it is in a narrow street and on the ground floor, but the furniture and decorations are nice and the bathroom very good. We had no problem with noise - it was quiet apart from the fairly frequent church bells ringing in the clocher - which is actually very pleasant. The neighbourhood is fun, we felt perfectly safe and were able to get everywhere pretty quickly using buses or metro. The tram is also a short walk away. Our host was also extremely attentive and helpful. Overall, would highly recommend the apartment.

The street is a bit dirty - the street sweepers don't come past, so it is pretty constantly dog pooped (that said, Marseille is very dirty pretty much everywhere else, so the street is not a whole lot worse).

Very comfortable and clean centrally located apartment. Great facilities and Michele is an informative and welcoming host. Close to the Port and some good restaurants close by.

Position: you must do pesant stairs and a ripid climb. Cleanless: I have found dirty pots, used patch, and ants everywhere... Accuracy: there was not soap, no shower gel, no dishwasher.... And all the things were counted, or better, undersized (half roll of toilet paper, only 40 cm of alluminium sheet...) Bed of sofa and cushions uncomfortable! And you can't have windows open because a cat entries in home
