The app is newly renovated, nicely furnitured, cosy, comfortable in an old building. The location is perfect, you can reach everything by foot. It is only 5-10 min walking from S.Charles station. There are lots of shops, bakeries and caffes around but it is not noisy.
The app has everything that is necessary for comfortable stay, 3 air conditions and comfortable beds, this was excellent.
The communication was ok, owners' friend waited for us to give us keys, everything was on time.
Good value for money, I reccommend it!
The neighborhoud is a bit strange, especially if you are not used to see homeless people sleeping right on the street that are not clean at all. But we didnt have any bad contact or experiences.
In app bags for litter were missing and some towels smelled a bit on moisture, but it didnt spoil the whole impression.

Communication with the host was excellent, emails and texts were responded to very quickly. We were met to hand over the keys as arranged.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was handily located for the rail and coach stations and walking distance to the old port. There was a choice of supermarkets, boulangeries and bars close by.
While the apartment was well equipped generally there were a couple of odd omissions such as a small saucepan, normal size wine glasses, a good corkscrew and medium sized kitchen knife.

Great location close to the station and in the heart of the city. Spacious, characterful, well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds and air conditioning in every room. Nice bathroom and shower. City sounds with windows open and well sound proofed when closed. A warm welcome from Marion who was always helpful. We loved this apartment.

Staff friendly and the appartement exceeded our expectations.. very well located. Metro and siting lications nearby.
The stairs are very steep and could be dangereous. Not for people with disabilities.

Beautifully furnished apartment, close to St Charles train station and within easy walking distance of the old port and lots of bars and restaurants. Frederique was very friendly and accommodating. The lovely bottle of rose on arrival was a great addition! I would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Marseille.

Everything was super about the flat. It was bright, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Steph was very good at answering queries and very helpful. The flat is also very conveniently located as it's literally 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes walk to the old port. We loved our stay!
I found it a bit of a problem to pay 300 euros upfront as a deposit in case of breakages. Even if the money is returned banks in the UK charge for the transaction

The size, cleanliness and excellent facilities
For some older people with heavy luggage, the need to climb two flights of stairs might be difficult

The apartment was really beautiful, clean and with all required facilities. Perfect for 6 peoples
Location is just perfect 5 min walking from St Charles station and sarounded by many market and restaurants.
Aprrox 15 min walkable from Vieux Port (old port).
Staff is really kind, value for money.
