The staff were accomodating. They let us store our luggage before the check in time. I like the food. And the online checking of the crowd status of the restaurant was also a thumbs up. The bay view is superb. My family really appreciate the view from our room. 😍😊

The room was not really cleaned up. The carpeted floor is still dirty. The shower curtain stinks. The sink is I think a bit clogged. And the beddings were not properly fix.

Location was good, AC unit was good and strong, had water bottles accessible on every floor.

I stayed one night for business trip, the location is perfect and staff was very kind and showed me their warm welcome, and also the sight view was very nice.

There is nothing in refrigerator, even no water and any snacks. But there is big supermarket in same building so you can buy there.

Very close to the JR Sakuragicho train station and next to a shopping department store. Grocery store underground. A very short walk to Yokohama Landmark Tower which has a lot of stores, restaurants and observation room at the top. I love the view from there. If you book the hotel room with a view, wow, you will love what you see! This is the second time I stayed here. One train stop from Yokohama where you can take limousine bus or train to Haneda Airport or Narita Airport. Minatomirai Line can take you to Yamashita Park and Harbor View Park. I visited in early May 2023, loved the rose gardens! Much better than the rose garden in Shinjukugyoen (roses will last the whole May until early June). I wanted to come again in this season and stay in the same hotel again. By the way, it was very quiet and clean hotel.

I wish it has a covered path to the train station from the building.

spacious, upscale and comfortable rooms. very convenient location to transportation- train, bus, sky tram. close to shopping, local attractions and restaurants. large bathroom with great soaking tub
