ロケーションがよかった。

部屋の窓から真っ直ぐの位置にレストランの席があって落ち着かない部屋でした。朝食のビュッフェますごく品数が少なく特に和食のチョイスが無さすぎてがっかりでした。

Conveniently located to shops and train station. Husband loved the tub! Soaked every night since we walked a lot during the day!

We still received bath amenities with a PLASTIC bag under ECO mode (of cleaning room). It should reduce plastic bag usage to comply with ECO

The staff were excellent and made every effort to be helpful. The rooms, though small, were comfortable (the single room was the same size as the double room). The location was very convenient for the station and eateries. The laundry facilities were excellent and could be checked on the screen in the room. The room was quiet even though there was construction next door. We sourced our own breakfast from the excellent bread shops in the station and from the convenience stores next to the hotel. Once we worked out the complex layout of the station we made good use of the excellent railway links, including the direct link to Narita Airport (JR) and to Haneda Airport (not JR), both of which we used.

Difficult to find the hotel given the complexity of Yokohama station and the construction work next to the hotel. Not that keen about having the wash hand basin in the room and the relative lack of hanging and storage space both of which seem to be general features of Richmond Hotels. We travel light but struggled to find space to keep the room tidy. Some hooks from Daiso would have been very useful.

Location is excellent. About 5 mins walk to train station and 30mins direct train to Tokyo Station. Lots of shopping and food outlets at Yokohama train station. Two mini-mart near hotel. Room amenities are adequate.

駅チカで近隣の飲食店なども充実しており、ホテル内も清潔で良かった。お風呂も広くて綺麗だった。

欲を言えばもう少しリーズナブルだと嬉しい。

Location is the best. 8 min walk to the subway station and also to a few major shopping mall and restaurant.

Very clean and modern. Good view. Early check in time and later check out (which can even be extended). Good location. Staff speaks very good english. Big bathtub, which can be hard to find in Japan.

The entrance was a bit confusing because reception is on the second floor, but there were signs that made it easy to figure out.

The staffs were fluent in English, and were very kind and attentive. One of the nights where I had to get some documents printed, the staff assisted readily and promptly, solving a huge pickle for me!! Would be a huge problem for me if I did not have the documents printed for my meeting!
