Very friendly staff. Optimal location to explore western Tokyo as well as Kanagawa prefecture, e.g. Yokohama, Kamakura.

Washing detergent only available at the reception. Water deluge mode at bathroom sink.

The staffs are very kind and welcoming, and they help us with the luggage transfer service which is very nice! Bed was comfortable and they had bath tub to soak in after long day.

Room size is not so spacious, we can't open all our 3 luggages at same time. A little bit dark for our liking, but maybe that's just the vibe. When i book the hotel it is golden week, so this is the only affordable 3stars hotel we can book. It is quite far from tokyo station - i thought that's fine because there's JR station (kamata) nearby. Turns out it still need 10-15 minutes walk from the station and there's no other choice (bus/subway) we can opted. If you need a place just for sleep and bath, this hotel provide it. Nothing so special, but i appreciate the warm staffs! 😊

Just 15 mins away from Haneda airport

The carpet and dressing table area could have been cleaner. The dust on the surface weren’t wiped properly.
