Great location, spacious accommodation, close to St Ives centre and less than 10 mins walk to all the town’s beaches. Very generous sized off road car park space opposite the house.

A multi generational stay was enjoyed by all in this beautiful house. We had a great time enjoying st Ives food festival. The property has everything that you need and is central enough to pop back to throughout the day!

Fine for short stay. Busy road. Ok if you are used to traffic noise. Shame no garden space.

The property was as described, the hosts couldn’t of been more helpful. The house had lovely quirky bits and bobs, was beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped. The weather was a mixed bag but we had a great time and will certainly be re-booking 😀⭐️👍

Good location, 5 mins walk in to the centre of town and Harbour Beach, 10 mins to Porthminster beach. Great to have the parking space directly across the road from the house.

Lovely property and location

This is a great location to travel all over Cornwall and is in easy reach of St Ives only a short walk away. The cottage is well presented and was very clean and had a homely feel to it. I would certainly stay again when holidaying in Cornwall and would recommend it to others.

I think the property could do with a dam good clean dust on skirting boards pots not very clean you could write your name on the mirror considering it was the start of the season not very good

Cornish Pearl is a fabulous property located very close to the centre of town. The house was lovely and clean and v well equipped- a real home from home. The parking space across the road was ideal. Communication with David and Helen was easy and responses prompt. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Lovely property, very comfortable and spacious. Tasteful decor. Kitchen appeared to be well equipped (though I don’t cook when on holiday). Excellent location, quite literally just down the road from shops, numerous restaurants and beach.

My family enjoyed the coziness of the house and the proximity to everything in town.Grocery stores are just down the street. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower was great. Thanks for all the help getting netscape working. we enjoyed the fireplace immensely. Parking across the street was very helpful. We would stay there again

We stayed at Cornish Pearl two years ago and decided to come back for more. It's very conveniently located for the town, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Porthmeor beach and the Tate are easily reached. We were offered the option of a reserved parking space in the Stennack surgery, which is very close and well worth having. The owners, David and Helen are very helpful and everything was well organised for our arrival and departure. The cottage has everything you would need, including a well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and the three bedrooms arranged over the two upper floors allowed our children to have a room each and not bother us in the nice large bedroom on top. The separate WC, in addition to the one in the main bathroom adjacent, helped save queueing and preserved tempers. Very convenient. Our second stay was every bit as good as the first.

Loved our stay at the Cornish Pearl! It was ideally situated, just a few minutes walk from the shops and beach, but far enough away to be away from all the hustle and bustle. An excellent base. Lots of space for everyone, with the added bonus of a little balcony where we could see the sea. Our hosts were super helpful too and the whole place was spotless and lovingly decorated. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely week at the house and as others have said, the place is warm, homely and clean. The owners and housekeeper were very communicative and helpful. The only thing I'd add to help you decide whether to book or not is that there is only one bathroom (there is another wc), although the bathroom has both a shower and a separate bath, so suitable for one family. If you were a group of adults there might be a long wait if you all need to shower in the morning! Thanks to the owners for having us

Lovely well positioned house in St Ives, beautifully presented with all the amenities. Well worth a visit. The loft room has views across the town to sea and is very comfortable. We went to the Cornish Pearl to celebrate our Pearl wedding anniversary and had a fantastic and memorable stay in St Ives!

Perfect house in the perfect location. I would highly recommend in staying here if you are thinking of visiting St Ives. Both David and Helen were super helpful with local recommendations and extremely easy to deal with.

We had a great stay at Cornish pearl. The location is very central, just a few minutes walk to the harbour in one direction and easy access to elsewhere. The house is large, clean and has all you need for a a few weeks away . It's well stocked for kitchen pots and pans, has a good size utility to dump all the things from the beach and a comfy lounge. The bedrooms are a good size and there is plenty of storage. It's on one of the main roads in to St Ives so can get a little noisy with early morning delivery vans. There is a public carpark (only 24hrs I think) behind the house so we arranged to park our car in advance at the rugby club, its a 10-15 walk to the rugby club and not too expensive. David and Helen are very friendly hosts and respond to messages quickly. All in all a delightful time in St Ives.

We stayed her for a week. It was a pleasure. The kitchen was well equipped which was nice for a holiday rental! We hope to return soon. Rachael

Cornish Pearl is a characterful property located close to St. Ives centre, just a couple of minutes walk from shops and restaurants. That closeness is great - you can spend all day on the beach, get back, clean up, and out again for dinner very quickly and easily. Inside, the cottage is nicely decorated and appointed. Three bedrooms arranged across the two upper floors gave us plenty of space and allowed our two children to have a room each. We were offered the option of a reserved parking space at the surgery in the adjacent block, which we thought was very good value and added to the overall convenience. The arrangements for collecting keys were well communicated and worked perfectly. Everything was as described and we had no need to ask for further assistance, although contact details were provided in case we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly as described on VRBO. There is a roomy living room, dining room and modern kitchen supplied with everything you could possibly need on the first floor. The second floor had two bedrooms, a full bath and an half bath. The third floor attic was remodeled into a beautiful master bedroom complete with French doors with a patio and view to the harbour. The linens provided by the owner were of very good quality. Although there is no air conditioning, the house was comfortable even in the afternoon with the windows open. We enjoyed communicating with the owner leading up to our time there. They are truly a joy to deal with and were so helpful. St. Ives is beautiful and the people there are so friendly. The location of this house is a short walk from the waterfront shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the beaches. We definitely would recommend this property and would stay here again if we get the opportunity to come back to St. Ives. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!

We loved our stay at the Cornish Pearl. It was well-appointed and well-kept. And, even though we didn't think so at first, it was the perfect location in that town-I wouldn't have wanted to change it at all. The only disappointment was that there is no clothes dryer, as I thought it said in the listing. We were specifically looking for a place we could do all of our laundry for the trip halfway, and without a dryer, it's more difficult. However, there is a washer, and a laundry practically next door, so it still worked out. Very pretty.

The cottage was very welcoming and homely feeling well laid out really clean. Would highly recommend the to stay the cottage. It's the right amount of distance from the town and beaches. We would stay again there in the future. Thack you for us feel welcome to St Ives.
