Location was great all amenities including beach nearby. Ina the host was very pleasant and efficient promptly responding to what sap communication. Layout of the apartment was nice and comfortable.all

The apartment we had was located in the 2nd floor, no. 5, and is meant for 2-3 people. It is very new, same as the building and has everything one needs. Its location is great, close to the beach, close to the supermarket and to the pedestrian area of Lapad with all the cafes and restaurants. The Old City of Dubrovnik can be easily reached by bus, Uber or taxi within 10min. On Lapad, there is a lovely and long walking path next to the sea that is well ilumenated, has many benches and beautiful views of Adria and that we enjoyed a lot in the evening hours, since it is some 50m distance from the apartment. Ines, the lady who takes care of the apartment, and Božo the gentleman that we interacted with over emails, are both super nice and very helpful. Overall I can higly recommend the place.

The apartment was perfect: plenty of space, very clean, with aacc, close to beach and restaurants,.. Ines attendance was even better: she helped us a lot with public transport, recommendations and tips&tricks to move around and get the most of Dubrovnik. Thanks a lot!

We used three apartments and everything was splendid, apartments were specious and comfortable, very close to the beach, well equipped. Our host Ines was fantastic, easy to reach, willing to help, flexible regarding the checking in and out.

great location - easy access to the town, beaches nearby, restaurant & cafes are around the property. Everything was perfect and good. Ines was very helpful and even guides us what we can do and where we can go around the town. Highly recommended!

Ines was a wonderful help . She met us outside the apartments and assisted us throughout our stay with anything we asked . She also organised a very good tour of the local islands. The apartments were very clean and very well equipped

The apartment for 6 people didn't have much living space once the 2 sofa beds were set up

Location was fantastic for what we needed. Apartment was spacious. Able to accommodate us. The two WCs were a surprising bonus.. the table and chairs inside and out were good quality and very comfortable

Overall no complaints. There is noise from the restaurant downstairs but not too disruptive and quiet overnight.

Everything was perfect As the property was very clean , organized and the staff was so helpful. Few minutes walking to the beach perfect parking , beautiful place , really recommended

Very good position close to the promenade and the beach very close to a supermarket . Above all Ines is a very kind and wonderful person. She is always available and a problem solving person. Thanks a lot for everything and see you again if we pass by Dubrovnik.

Great location! Very close to Lapad beach and promenade. A lot of different cafes and restaurants, wide choice. Supermarket is nearby as well. Apartment was very clean. The host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, the host was super friendly, the house was so modern and spacious. We had an amazing time. Everything was perfect. We travel a lot so, I have a lot of experience in renting houses and I would highly recommend this house to all future travelers.
