Não tinha ar condicionado mas o ventilador atendeu bem. Estacionamento G2 difícil manobrar, dê preferência ao G3.

Tivemos uma noite péssima. Não tem ar condicionado e tivemos um problema, pois ligamos o ventilador, à noite ele caiu sozinho e quebrou a hélice, ligamos para a recepção e disseram não poder fazer nada, então não dormimos por conta do calor, isso era por volta das 02h da manhã. Para a nossa surpresa, a recepcionista disse que o gerente mandou cobrar uma taxa de 120 reais pelo dano que não foi responsabilidade nossa. Ele não fez questão de falar conosco, mandou a informação pela recepcionista. Achei um absurdo a cobrança, sendo que não fizemos nada a não ser ligar o ventilador.

Quarto ótimo e bem limpo, excelente localidade, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Tive problemas com o chuveiro, não esquentou de jeito nenhum e o jato dele é descoordenado. Mas como estava muito calor, o banho frio veio a calhar.

the receptionists and restaurant staff were great

there was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. I called the receptionist and it was brought up immediately. however it was the worst and cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen! I had to buy a decent one. the towels are very thin and felt like years old. the Ned was too hard.

Quality of soap and breakfast

The suite was in front of a construction with lot of noises. In addition we found a spider inside the room. We need to ask for another room.

The bathroom is very old and there is no holder for shampoo, soap etc near the shower. The windows have no protection against the wind and will complicate for colder weather.

The room was ok No air conditioning it was quite warm inside the room. fan was provided. Towels provided smell a bit off the guest have to request a house keeping to come and clean the room. The mattress was absolutely the worst part, so hard. breakfast was excellent staff was sweet and courteous.

The bed is just inadequate. We couldn’t slip. Look like a piece of wood. So bad, we left after the first night without asking for a refund for the rest of the trip.

Staff kindness, Cleanliness, Location in the center of the city, a lot of facilities around. Overall, nice place, but old.

I had to change room due to excessive noise. We could hear voices of the neighbor. The acoustic of the room is not pleasant.

Service is great! The staff is always helpful and nice. The shower is like a spa.

Unstable internet

Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of options: different kinds of bread, fruit, juice, deli cuts!

My bedroom had water damage on the wall behind the door and it was falling apart. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, hand towel was so old and used that I could see through! Mismatched bed spread and mattress was too firm.
