The location was excellent, and the property has a lot of potential.

The check in process was complicated as the instructions were not clear, I called the host a number of times to get clarity on access to the building - we were tired, with a small child and my wife was pregnant and had to wait by the door for at least 40 minutes until we could go in. We stayed there for over 10 days and the host refused to supply with a change of bedding and towels. The towels were very tired and stained. The kitchen mats were dirty, and we had to clean them before we could use. The braai stand was dirty and unusable and full of cigarettes.

Value for money apartment

Location was OK but further than we thought from the centre of town. Very hilly area, difficult for walking.

We were self catering but the oven didn't work and the host was not helpful in this regard. Mostly used taxi's to get to and from venue's. Public transport not good.

Impossible to phone the host, the phone number doesn't work. The host would force you to make security deposit by bank transfer - stay away from this.

Nice, local neighbourhood. Spacious, clean apartment. Can feel like at home there. Loved coffee machine. Local restaurants nearby to enjoy local cuisine. Also several grocery shops with wide choice of food.

We were very happy how the host communicated with us and made us feel as we were in our own house. And the house was also very clean, smelling good, tidy it has all the essentials, very spacious, comfortable with all the facilities needed. Nice big windows with lots of fresh air and sunlight! Loved it!

I didn't liked how the booking.com customer service person talked with us providing us wrong information and totally wrong numbers for the deposit amount. We had to wait several hours out of the property because of her. We had Internet connection on our phone as we were using it all the time however we didn't receive any single email or any mssg on booking.com app but she didn't believe us. Very disappointed with booking.com service.

ITS BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, MONEY WORTH AND PEACEFUL.

Location was close to my friends and family. Flat was large and airy. Posh locality with ample options to eating out at walking distance.

I had to rent a car. Could not depend on public transport.
