La casa è grande, luminosa e pulita, con tutto il necessario per cucinare in serenità. Fàbio ci ha garantito un soggiorno piacevole, facendoci avere anche asciugamani extra. La posizione è strategica e a dieci/quindici minuti a piedi dai principali luoghi d’interesse; nonché vicina a una linea di metro direttamente collegata all’aeroporto.

La ubicación muy cerca del centro para ir andando, la limpieza porque estaba todo muy limpio, y la cama muy cómoda.

Location was excellent, size of apartment was good, bed was comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean. Handy convenience store downstairs with friendly owners and good selection. A couple good restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance to Metro, market, shopping street, central Porto, etc. The place could be fabulous if it were not for the poor upkeep.

The photos on booking.com were taken when the apartment was newly renovated, therefore misleading. The wood flooring is worn out. After reading a review from Oct 5 regarding a broken bed and poor condition of the shower floor, I contacted the manager and he assured me that these issues had been fixed. The bed was indeed new; however, the shower tray had not been repaired - a plastic rack had been placed on the floor to cover the damage and that was all. The shower drain was plugged and a big hairball was left. I do not think it had been cleaned before our arrival. Bring your own shower soap. The property claims to have a safety deposit box. There is a small passport-sized lockbox not attached to anything and when we asked the manager how to open it, he did not respond. There is no toaster as was shown in the photos. The carpet in front of the sofa is so filthy and torn that it should be thrown out. Be prepared to purchase toilet paper as they only leave one small extra roll. The hair dryer needs to be replaced. There is only 1 umbrella, not 3. We had to leave the tourist tax in cash in the key lockbox as soon as we checked in, but when we checked out, the cash was still there. In all our other accommodations, the tourist tax was included with the bookings.

The apartment was really lovely and spacious. It was in a great area - close to bars and restaurants, but just tucked away in a side street, which meant it was very quiet. Also, very close to Trindade station, which is a good central point to get around. A really nice apartment, in a great area. Thanks for the stay Fabio!

The place was overall nice, open space was pleasant, and the bed was comfy.
