Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Austausch mit der Agentur bei Problemen war zu jeder Zeit reibungslos Die Ausstattung der Küsschen könnte nochmal verbessert werden und die pool sollte bei viel Benutzung öfters kontrolliert werden. Mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen.

We booked this villa for our group of 13 people and it was perfect for our needs. The pool was plenty big enough and there was loads of space outside. Inside the villa we could cook for everyone in the big kitchen. Getting to town was easy with the bus that left right outside the villa.

Prachtig huis. Precies zoals in de beschrijving staat. Auto is wel aan te bevelen. Geweldige vakantie gehad.

Despite some minor issues we had a good holiday. Checkin went smooth, house is clean. Perhaps some more cutlery and glasses would be nice

La maison est jolie et agréable et bien équipée . Une maintenance plus régulière serait conseillée ( portes qui grincent , ampoules à remplacer, piles à vérifier …) Dommage aussi qu’il n’y ait pas de sanitaire en bas .

Prima vakantiewoning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer behulpzame beheerder, die het geen enkel probleem vond dat wij onze reis vanwege Corona twee keer hebben moeten uitstellen. We waren met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. Iedereen had erg veel plezier in het zwembad. Wim & Elly

José est très accueillant, la villa est Jolie, et le coin est magnifique, le temps est toujours superbe. Les photos reflètent bien la villa. Faut juste penser à rajouter les frais de ménage (150 euros), et le linge de lit(10, euros par personne), sinon l expérience est magnifique.

We spent a very nice journey, in a incredible house, well equipped. Swimming pool has been monitored and cleaned every day. You'll need a car to go to El Campello's beach. Overall, this is great.

La casa es como se anuncia, equipada y confortable. Podrían tener más claro en el anuncio, las tasas de limpieza y de ropa de cama y toallas, que son extras al precio del anuncio. También sorprende la limitación de consumo eléctrico.

Lots of “space”. Good facilities - inside as well as outsider. Some noise from the street, and far from a baker ( for the breakfast bread), but that is just small inconveniences. Very good for a famile stay.

The pictures are good, but the house is much more prettier in real life. Everything was clean and the communication with the owner was simple, uncomplicated and friendly. We were 10 persons, all younger than 25, it was perfect for our kind of trip. The pool is not really big, but totally enough for cooling down. The location is 20 to 25 minutes away from the center of Alicante, so you are depend on cars. But near you can find a small supermarkt which has nearly everything. The nearest beach is 4 minutes away with the car. We would come again!

Estuve una semana con mi familia y la de mi hermano. Tuvimos un par de incidencias (las Televisiones y el agua caliente dejaron de funcionar) pero fueron inmediatamente resueltas por José Luis. La casa está fenomenal y la atención de José Luis en todo momento de 10. Altamente recomendable para familias

Tullessamme Espanjaan saimme ilouutisen että voimme saapua jo kello 11.00 . Sisäänkirjoitus sujui hyvin erityisesti virheetön englanninkieli ilahdutti ja helpotti asioimistamme. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin ja uimaaltaan vesi oli sopivan lämmin. Bussiyhteydet olivat hyvät , joskin ei toiminut viikonloppuna. Kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä loma!

We had a wonderful 11 nights at this accommodation and found everything as described in the advert. The children and adults were all kept happy. I would recommend they consider a table tennis or snooker table in the future as this would just enhance the experience further.

Just three points need addressing . 1/ Water was too warm in fridge and 2/ ice did not drop down in fridge.3/ barby was in poor condition need new fittings. Any one stopping needs good info , the bus runs every hour on the hour to El Campello. It is too far to walk!! nice beach ,plenty of food outlets. big supermarket Down past the villa a road off to the right takes you to two restaurants ,one shop &one coffee bar ,all excellent in walking distance,. 2 pubs above villa with okay food .

Absolutey wonderful villa for a large group of friends/family. Furnished to a nice standard. There was 12 of us including 7 children from varying ages. The pool is deep so you have to keep your eye on the little ones. I read a review that the pool felt crowded with 2 in. (They must be used to an Olympic pool!) We had all 12 of us in and its fab. Amazing kitchen to prepare. Ample seating to dine in or out. Nice area with local shop and bar. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic house, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. The host was super, very kind and serviceminded. We didn’t miss anything. Thanks for a good visit. If you rent this hous you can expect to get what you see at the pictures.

This is a large villa with spacious poolside area. A modern well equipped kitchen. Generous sized bedrooms. The villa was spotlessly clean. The beds were unusually high as were the wash basins. The pool is smaller than the photos suggest and felt crowded with 2 people in it. Poolside furniture is numerous and comfortable. The pool area receives sun all day. The pool is not suitable for small children as it has no flat area. In the villa is a staircase to a lower floor. The area around the top of the stairs is quite open. Note that there is a video surveillance camera with digital recorder inside the house. The house is well located and only 10 minutes drive from a good sandy beach at El Campello with many restaurants. The local letting agents are helpfull and friendly and speak excellent English. Remember that the price to stay as quoted by Home Away is not the final price. There is a compulsory e150 cleaning fee and e10 per person linen fee as well as a refundable e500 cash deposit. Overall we had a good holiday stay here.

Pros: The villa was well maintained. Plenty of crockery, utensils, pots and pans. Very spacious. Air conditioning in every room. Sun on the pool area all day. Peaceful location. Outdoor shower aswell as 2 great indoor showers. Secure gardens. Cons: No spare linen for beds. No downstairs toilet. No batteries in remotes. No spare bulbs. No toilet rolls on arrival. Not enough sunbeds for the amount of people the villa can sleep. Could do with some plastic cups to use around the pool area.

The villa was all that it said it was complete luxury and a very peaceful area of el poblets.the pool may look on the small side but it was adequate for my family.the kitchen was huge and great fun to cook in.there are a couple of bars a short walk away that we used a few times but most of all we stayed at the villa and just chilled out around the pool area.One thing you must be wary of is the high kerb going onto the driveway i hit it a few times at speed and ground the bottom of the car no damage was done but just be aware.Overall my family had a fantastic time at this superb villa and will definitely be booking again.

Unless the villa is part of an urbanisation I enjoyed a really calm and peaceful time there.It is just a 20 minute walk to the Venta Lanuza beach providing a beautiful restaurants and beach club, plenty of space to enjoy the sun, relaxing, bathing in the sea and watching exiting sunsets. And it's about a 7 minute trip by car to the next grocery shops and full-range suppliers and 3 minutes walking distance to a small grocery shop.The villa shows up in a modern and clutter free layout of the rooms, beautifully furnished and appointed, inside and outside. Due to the large-scale floor to ceiling glass windows the spacious rooms are flooded with natural light. When I stepped out of the bedroom I felt kind of like in a movie. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms with spacious walk-in rain showers and the roomy integral area in the villa is even perfect for a group.The villa had everything I The villa has lots of different seating areas both inside and outside for eating and relaxing and plenty of space for everyone. There's lots of great cooking facilities too I am sure we will be back again hopefully in the not too distant future.Many Thanks

The beach is a good 30 minute walk up/ down hills and there are minimal bars restaurants to choose from near the villa. There is one English bar a 5 minute walk that has good budget type English food and a warm welcome with sports on tv and a pool table and dartsboard. Taxis are expensive so a car recommended. Overall a great villa and recommended.

This spacious house is decorated in a style that makes you feel at home. This house has more luxury than your own home, kitchen is fully equipped, a top dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are also available. Every room has aircon and a flat screen TV, high speed Internet is available.

We stayed in this 5 bedroom villa 14th - 21st May, the villa is beautiful immaculately clean and very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and very large table for 12 people and, there is a small room that houses a washing machine and separate drier. The bedrooms are quite spacious and the beds very comfortable one has an ensuite. The downstairs bedrooms have their own TV area with a spacious leather sofa and it also has a table and Chair and access to the outside area. The outside space is amazing the pool is a little on the small size and more like a plunge pool to cool down on hot days, there is also a Gazebo with a table seating 8 people. When we were there (out of season), there was a very limited bus service 2 early morning buses 07:30 & 09:30 and 2 buses in the afternoon 13:30 & 15:30 then 1 more around 19:20 these buses ran between the main town of El Campello and the tram station that served the area of the Villa (El Poblet) the fares are very reasonable only 50cents to get to the tram station which, if walking takes around 20 mins a car is definitely necessary. The beaches in the area are not as nice as the ones outside of El Poblet. I would definitely stay here again as the villa is exceptionally beautiful.
