Príjemný hotel asi 100 metrov od hlavnej stanice.

It was more pleasant than I thought. The bathroom were outside of the room. It was a lot of them so I didn’t have the problem with the queues which is nice. Good location too. Self check-in.

Thin walls. Like from the paper… We heard every damn thing.. It was so loud at times in the middle of the night. Every whisper.. it was bad sometimes. So if you’re planning to stay longer, I would look for sth else in all honesty.

Comfy & clean, friendly helpful staff. Very handy location for the train station.

Our room had an uninsulated hot water pipe running through it, so was uncomfortably warm. A kettle would have been nice.

for a hostel, enjoyed my stay. bathrooms were “lockable” and private completely.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff with high proficiency in English. The catering for the breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide variety of breakfast options from pastries to hot sausages, with my traveling partner commenting on the amazing coffee and yogurt. The beds are very comfortable and there are provisions for bedding and towels included with a sink in the room - not having the toilets or showers in the room was a little less convenient but the facilities provided were new and clean. Easy to get too from the central station.

Some wireless connection to the TV for laptops (MacOS) to have a better workflow would be nice other than HDMI cable from the bed I brought - less convenient having the WC and Showers separated but it was sufficient.

the hotel is located 5 minutes from the metro and 8 minutes from Tivoli Park. we had a beautiful room, a view of the Star Flyer, and in the evening we could watch the fireworks. The staff is very friendly, they will help with various questions and, if I'm not mistaken, you can change money for Danish kroner. the room was cleaned every day. There are enough showers and toilets on the floor. Internet worked well, there were no problems.

Room very hot. Too noisy if you let the window open for air. Toilets are dirty and wasn‘t cöeaned everyday. Room is too old.

Location was great, pretty central, and everything was walking distance from here. Room was nice - basic, and in accordance with price.

Bathrooms and toilets on the floor did not have any signs on the door, so it was not possible to know which one is toilet, and which one is a bathroom, without opening the door to see what is inside.

We didn’t expect our own bathroom, BUT it turned out that we got one in the room we got! That was really unexpected and a very nice surprise! And a room to the yard and not the street was so Nice! We are really satisfied with our stay and look forward to return soon!

Wi-Fi of this hotel and Absalon hotel, that has a 4 stars rating and is the second part of Annex hotel has certain security settings that prevent it fron connecting to Wi-Fi from a laptop. I am a journalist and i was in Copenhagen for work trip. Whats why for me was incredibly important to connect the laptop th the internet. To my requests to fix this problem, the hotel workers did nothing and said that something was wrong with my laptop. Even despite the fact that i connected my laptop to the Wi-Fi of neighboring hotel in front of them, they continued to assure me that it was my laptop that was not working. In this regard, i had to go to work in a nearby hotel. I am very grateful for the help of the Zleep Hotel staff, since they let me come to the lobby Zleep Hotel and work there using their Wi-Fi. Unfortunately i could not move from Annex - Absalon hotel as i had 4 nights prepaid. But i managed to cancel the additional booking for an extra night and moved to Mayfair hotel on the same street. And of course my laptop worked fine there to, like in Zleep hotel despite the assurances of the hotel Annex and Absaln hotel staff that it was broken. Also in Annex and Absalon hotels very dirty, furniture is old and scratched. But the main drawback is the inability to work on a laptop and employees who do not want to help guests.
