Great location...very basic .very reasonable price.very close to pier.beach .restaurants .shops
Friendly helpful staff.Fan .kettle tea.coffee sugar milk .TV..It served my purpose.just wanted a bed.somewhere to hang my clothes.peace and quiet

No USB Ports, Ripped Bedclothes, Small, no secure cycle parking, no convinient palce to plug in phone next to bed and no breakfast for a bed and breakfast place, yet still charged for 'Bed and Breakfast' ??!?

Cheap and great location.
The plastic toilet seat was peeling all over which I have never seen before because it should have been replaced a long time ago.
One of the mattresses needed replacing as you could feel the springs through it. Thankfully the other bed in the room was comfortable but I found a hole from a cigarette burn on the sheet, which should have been replaced.
Whenever I had a shower it was just a trickle and the shower door was off one of its hinges. The bathroom lightbulb also took some time to reach maximum brightness, which was strange.
The worst part was that the window pane was so thin that I thought I'd forgotten to shut the window and struggled with the screaming of seagulls.
It’s exceptionally cheap so I can overlook the water pressure, bit of dust here and there and window, but not the toilet seat.

No restaurant or bar service bathroom far too small one of the bedrooms we had smelled of cigarettes not really holiday suited more of a stopover place.

The young man at reception was very polite and pleasant
No breakfast available and I didn't know that on booking, bed uncomfortable, bathroom miniscule especially with not flexible adults.no parking although it says there is had to scrape between cars parked at front entrance difficult with suitcase.

location was near town centre, really clean, kind and helpful staff, quiet location near sea front, and limited parking,
as an older property the floorboards squeeked alot

Walls & ceilings are paper thin…no soundproofing. too noisy from adjoining rooms. external Emergency escape stairwell from 1st & 2nd floors levels to Carpark was constantly blocked by a large Van - my concerns were ignored by the reception staff. (There was a fire alarm test early in the morning, no signs or messages advising the guests. I just stayed in my room as I knew I couldn’t escape….Van blocking the fire evacuation route) I’m guessing the Bollards used to keep the access free was in fact to keep the parking space available.
and there was no reception on the TV, I suspect the Van also blocked this as well.

Location was great
Staff weren’t very welcoming or friendly, headboard for our bed was broken, there was a hole in one of our shower towels, the shower was terrible … more power in the toilet flush, bedding didn’t appear to be clean.

Friendly staff & although room decor was very dated, it met my needs. Breakfast is now available to be ordered & was very good for the price. (Was charged £5 on the date of my visit.)

AHotel close to the sea, room was comfortable, clean. On our arrival time on reception as meet receptionist Kacper. Him was very friendly and professional. Provide for as quick check inn. I'm kindly recommended this hotel

Close to the beach and town centre.
Walls so thin I didn’t need the sound on my TV as I could hear the next room’s. Toilet and shower hadn’t been cleaned. Coffee stains in cup that was ‘washed’ ready for use. Bathroom smelt of smoke despite it being a non-smoking property.

The location of the hotel was good, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained

The room was on the front of the Hotel and was on the second floor. There is a lift. I always managed to park in the hotell carpark which is only able to accommodate a few vehicles. Location is perfect for me as I don't walk too far now. So much available within a short walk that you need not drive if that suits you. Just a cab . There is an Indian restaurant just the road and Spoons is just round the corner.
The pillows are like kerb stones.
