Only one complimentary bottle of water on a 3 day stay. Used to get a new bottle each day/room clean up. Other than that was a smooth stay.

Barman unfriendly. Could not put drinks on my bill - it was "impossible", as I did not have a line of credit. But I could empty the minibar in the room - that would be OK. What is the difference. Parking price had gone up from the 9 euros on my booking contract to 11 euros. Not the hotels fault, but in the 10 minutes it took me to check in, and get a space in the hotel car park, I received a parking ticket in the street. Beware.

We chose this location as it is near the bus/train station. Convenient less than 10 mins walk to the station.

The room was old and not very clean. There was a blood stain on the duvet and the pillows smells musty. The aircon/heater didn’t work, so we asked the staff to come check. They did not bother to come and check, though later they offered us a new room as we enquired several times.

Location was good, with the main station nearby, and easy bus access to other areas around the city

The room had just the bare essentials. The beds were comfortable, but just had a higher expectation from it due to the higher price. (Although, it's noted that it's not a cheap city to visit overall but was comparing cost with other cities during our trip)

Convenience to Sete Rios

Had to report TV not working 3 times and took 15 hours to fix . Mould in bathroom ceiling and tiles. Hairdryer dirty and still had other occupants hair on it. Not a good experience. Photos available
