Es un hotel con encanto, con recepción 24 horas que ya es difícil de encontrar. El personal muy amable, está en un barrio muy tranquilo cerca de la estación de Frankfurt (andando a ella unos 10 minutos con maletas), cosa difícil de creer. Se puede andar al centro histórico; también hay algunos restaurantes cerca que en nuestro caso estuvo bien porque veníamos de un vuelo muy largo y estabamos muy cansados. Si se quiere evitar la zona de la estación aconsejo llegar a la parada de SBahn Taunusanlage que está también cerca. El personal muy agradable y el desayuno estupendo, además muy relajado. Muy limpio. Tiene ascensor aunque no llega a todas las habitaciones. Si se va con maleta grande quizá se puede preguntar si pueden asignar una habitación donde llegue el ascensor. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas (también se agradece).

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr liebevoll angerichtet und lecker. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das ganze Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet, es passt alles zusammen.

Single room was quite small, so if you are traveling alone, be prepared for almost a large closet. Clean and quiet, so if you don't plan being in it for other than sleep mostly, it's fine. Bathroom clean. Double room is good sized. Breakfast a little less expansive than other hotels I experienced on my Europe trip of similar quality, but it's got all you need, and is fine. 10 minute walk from main train station; about a 15 minute walk to the Romer and Old Town. Check out the indoor market near the Old Town. 15-20 minute Uber to the airport. Would repeat.

Safe and very quiet location within a short walk of the station (this is a big bonus, given the unsafe atmosphere at night surrounding the station).
Neat, comfortable and perfect for the purpose of a short visit to Frankfurt.
Breakfast was lovely and very generous.
Correspondence very easy prior to stay.

I loved this hotel! I liked that it is not part of a large hotel chain, but is a quaint, charming villa. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff was wonderful! The neighborhood around the hotel was quiet and very pleasant. I will definitely stay here again should I return to Frankfurt.

We enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel. The spread was very good and wide. They replenished items which ran out promptly. The room exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable and well-heated (it had an air-conditioner too which we didn't use as it was 10 degrees C). The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the Alstadt and the Opera House. Lots of restaurants nearby, there are trams and subway stations too. There is a street where it felt unsafe, it is one of the roads to the central train station. However, we figured out after the first day on how to avoid it. The staff is very approachable, efficient and helpful.

The furniture, the flooring...I'm thinking of renovating my home. The alive squirrel on the coffee table in the morning, in the garden. The blinding curtains and that I could open the window widely.
The trip from the central train station, there is a street to be avoided, not to get a wrong first impression

staff were friendly & accommodating. Location just a walking distance from the train station but the hotel was in a clean area. the room & bathroom clean . excellent breakfast .
Its a bit expensive. But worth the stay compared to other hotels .
