Świetna lokalizacja hotelu dla osób, które przyjechały zwiedzać Berlin. Blisko metro, autobusy. Wygodne łóżka, codziennie sprzątany pokój i łazienka. Wielkość pokoju i łazienki nie jest za duża, ale wystarczająca dla tych którzy cały dzień spędzają na zwiedzaniu. Pyszne śniadania za nie wygórowaną cenę. Możliwość zaparkowania samochodu w parkingu podziemnym za dodatkową opłatą. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel hotelu. Kolację można zjeść w pobliskiej restauracji greckiej, pyszne jedzenie i winko.

Niestety przez otwarte okna słychać uliczny gwar i przejeżdżające metro, ale jak człowiek wraca zmęczony, to szybko zasypia i nie słyszy tego hałasu.

No es un Hotel, es un albergue estándar, un Hostel como mucho, con un servicio de albergue estándar y carencias mas típicas de un camping. La habitación es de las peor insonorizadas que conozco, cada vez que pasa el tren es como si estuvieran abiertas, es real, porque además hay corriente, nos fué imposible identificar por donde entraba el viento frío, pero ahí estuvo estos tres días, campando a sus anchas con las ventanas cerradas inútilmente. Listos para dormir en unas camas básicas, edredones delgados y pequeños, poco acogedor. No hay armarios, solo una especie de cajonera sin puertas y apenas dos perchas por persona sobre una absurda caja fuerte en medio, que impide que un vestido o un pantalón cuelguen adecuadamente. Los abrigos -que es invierno y estamos en Berlín!-no tienen donde colgarse, no hay colgadores de pared, solo dos pequeñas protuberancias junto a la ducha del baño, ducha estrecha por cierto. Y la gota que colma el vaso, la wi-fi no llega a la quinta planta, es un chiste irritante, aparece la señal como completa, pero ni es segura ni tiene capacidad para conectarse, hay que bajar a recepción para poder utilizarla. Protesté tres veces, incluso subió un técnico, fue inútil. Lo siento por algunos de los jovenes amables de recepción, impotentes ante lo que falla. Mujeres? Solo en la limpieza, en recepción sólo hombres. Que más puedo decir? Quiero mucho a la persona con quien compartí estos días, de lo contrario habría huido antes.

It would be nice to have a common kitchen in the hostel:

Gostei bastante das áreas comuns do Acama, muito bonitas e limpas. Gostei da maioria dos atendentes de modo geral. Achei tudo bastante organizado e confortável de modo geral.

Alguns atendentes em especial, mas não lembro os nomes. Alguns detalhes das acomodações poderiam melhorar, como ter aquecimento nos banheiros. Na segunda acomodação que fiquei, uma das tomadas estava obstruída por uma prateleira.

I chose this hotel for the Berlin Marathon. It was located nicely between the Marathon Expo and the Start Line - just awesome! It's easy to get food around there and near to the popular Mustafa Gemuse Kebap. My son likes the bunk bed. I love the mini garden at the lobby, it's very cozy to hang out. I love the coffee machine at the lobby too.

Great location, walkable to all my favourite areas of Berlin. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean.

No aircon or room fan wasn't ideal.

I have stayed in a single room. The hostel is very noisy and the customers were composed of mainly teenagers. That was the amin reason for the noise. Also sound isolation of the walls were not good. The doors to the exit were closing with too much noise, which awakened me in the middle of the night.

there is super noise by the U bahn through the whole night. Wifi is not stable and unfortunately on the second night there was no access to the wifi.

Staff was friendly, even if they messed up a little with the check-in. There is a storage room to leave your stuff, if you need Position was excellent for our scope

The room was a bit small and the toilet not very clean at our arrival. The uhban track was really in front of our room, which is picturesque, in a way, and I liked it, but forget about sleeping with the window open when it gets hot. This does not seem to be a problem with the windows closed

The location was very convenient and it was nice that there was parking available.

I am not sure what the problem was, but I think there were some allergens in the room. I and all of my friends were suffering allergy symptoms while staying here (symptoms I did not suffer when staying in two previous accommodations in Berlin, not after when I stayed in Munich). The accommodation also let me know when I checked in that we would need to change rooms on day 2 of our stay (meaning we would need to pack up and move our things to luggage storage on day 2 at 11am and then would not have a new room available until 2-3pm) despite that we were there only 3 days. They then let us know at precisely 11am (after we had already packed and cleaned) that we would not need to move rooms after all. This was quite frustrating.

The location is excellent, very close to the center. The bed was comfortable and the staff is nice and helpful.

The room was quite dusty and the window looked directly to a wall. There was also an extra bunk bed in the room, which wasn't really a problem, but strange.

The best thing about the hotel was location, it was convenient to reach any part of the city easily, furthermore, it is 3 min.walk from 2 metro stations. It was clean, staff was fine and breakfast was good as well for 9.99 .

The noise from the street could be a little loud, but we slept fine both nights we were there.

Very close to Ubahn station, but seemed like a safe area, well-lit, within 10 minutes of good cafes. Room was spacious and clean. High quality linens and mattresses on main beds... Met most of our expectations for price/value. Strong WIFI.

The breakfast area was packed, so we left instead of eating there. Childrens' bunk beds were not covered with warm blankets (in comparison to adult beds). Shower was a bit moldy. Noise in hallways, but expected due to "hostel" atmosphere.
