Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Top Lage. Bequeme Matratze. Viel Platz. Freundliches Personal.
Veraltete Zimmerausstattung, teilweise ziemlich abgenutzt (Möbel und Bodenbelag). Verkalkte Wasserhähne. Keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer hat sich aufgeheizt. Zimmer lag in einem Durchgangshaus, wo auch Privatwohnungen waren. Das etwas runtergekommene Treppenhaus war nachts für mich als Alleinreisende ziemlich unbehaglich, Lichtschalter waren nicht direkt ersichtlich.

Gute, ruhe Lage im schönen Kiez, leckeres Frühstück
Im Hauseingang durch den man gehen musste lagen abends Kleider und Spritzen, dort war es für mich unangenehm durchzugehen.
Teppichboden im Hotelzimmer. Manches wirkte etwas abgewohnt. Preis-Leistungs fand ich daher so naja.

Von außen schön. Perfekter Standort mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem leise Dank Hinterhof Lage.
Im Zimmer war es schmutzig. Die Art von Schmutz, die man einfach mit einem Tuch hätte beseitigen können.
Ich habe den Kühlschrank geöffnet und es direkt bereut, da ein widerlicher Geruch heraus kam.

Great value for money: location is spot on and the standard is alright (nothing fancy but it was a decent base). The staff was quite responsive and helpful. They have parking as well which was very handy for us (car-lift; you need to contact the hotel in advance because they have a limited number of spaces).

The hotel/apartment is great because it's located in an inner courtyard, making it very quiet even at night, despite being situated on a boulevard where trams and trains run. This also means excellent direct connectivity to central and eastern Berlin. There are also plenty of different restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store and a drugstore. The room itself is cozy, basic, with a small kitchen and a balcony, providing everything you need for a few nights.
During my stay, it got quite chilly outside, and since the room was on the ground floor, it was rather cold. However, the radiators couldn't be adjusted to heat up.

Die Lage ist super, sofern man einen Parkplatz findet.
Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Rost im gesamten Bad. Sauber war es leider auch nicht. Spinnenweben und Haare vom Vorgänger auf dem Bett.

Die Lage zum Prenzlauer Kiez ist fantastisch und ruhig zugleich. Sogar ein Sportpark um die Ecke lädt zum Lauftraining ein. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Das Bad/ Dusche ist schon alt. Silikon könnte neu gezogen werden

Endlich ein Hotel mit Haken für Jacke und Handtuch. Bad ausreichend groß. Frühstück war überraschend gut.
Vor dem Waschbecken könnte eine Ablage sein. Der Fön könnte stärker sein.

Sehr zentrale und günstige Lage (Ubahn direkt vor der Tür, Nachtleben, Konzerthalle um die Ecke, ..) aber dadurch, dass die Zimmer im Innenhof liegen, sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren äußert bequem und das Personal sehr nett und freundlich.

Heerlijk appartement dat bovendien erg rustig gelegen was in deze drukke, maar gezellige wijk. Metro voor de deur, dus goede bereikbaarheid. Prima ontbijt. Het appartement werd dagelijks schoongemaakt waardoor het steeds weer prettig 'thuis' komen was.
De douchegordijnen waren aan de onderkant niet echt schoon en hard van de kalk. Maar verder was alles top!

Tolle Lage, gute Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Genügend Supermärkte und Gaststätten in der Nähe. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern Nachts absolut ruhig, ideal für den erholsamen Schlaf.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Renovierung nötig und macht nicht den saubersten Eindruck, die Leuchtmittel der Lampen sollten mal auf Funktion geprüft werden. Wechselschaltung der Zimmerbeleuchtung defekt.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and worth the price. The location was convenient and easily accessible to the attractions and the main train station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. All around, a great place to stay.

Well situated close to transport links. Quiet at night
Our room balcony opened into the side of the bed meaning we couldn’t open it fully and enjoy it. Wasn’t the worst, but a minor inconvenience

Great location although a little unusual. The room was part of a private rental area and most of the neighbours seem to be tenants. Added to the experience in my opinion. Easy check in. Everything was clean and very quiet. Close to ubahn and trams and lots of restaurants.
The entrance area to my room was through a shared stair area that looked shabby.

I love the way the lobby being separated from the entrance to the hotel building. It gives me privacy.
The location is also superb. Easy to commute.
The bed and pillow are also perfect for me.
The fifth floor room over the dining room seems to fill with the smell of cooking in every morning.
The window of the fifth floor room is with a blind. So light fills the room.. The room is bright early
especially in the summer morning.

Very nice breakfast with a good variety of things. The location next to Kastanien Allee, Kollwitz Platz and the Biergarten Prater is excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet backyard full of trees, flowers and chipping birds. The tram number 10 takes you from Berlin Hauptbahnhof straight to the hotel (get off at Eberswalder Strasse station) in 15 - 20 minutes.

the location is soo superb! hotel with an easy access to the public transport (tram/u-bahn/ringbahn). the district is also nice! the reception is welcoming, and over all it was a comfortable experience in Berlin 😊
for people with big suitcases the stairs would be a challenge ;)
