The pool is nice. Small hotel with friendly guests. Room was quiet and bed comfortable.

Better clear pricing for extras. Not knowing drinking water was priced at twice supermarket prices when told on the first day by Ahmed that water from their drinks fridge was free. No charges made for drinking water for our first stay at CamOtel then told about the water charges at the end of our second stay. When told I thought this unfair, Proprietor told me that Cam Hotel charges for water were cheaper than any other hotels. Actually I disagree with this because 3 other Booking.com accomodations/hotels provided free drinking water!

The rooms are clean, the pool is nice and the family, who run the hotel, are nice, friendly and very helpful.

The town is a bit of an odd shape and the location isn’t really anywhere

The breakfast was really well presented and with great variety. The hotel was also in a very handy location as it was just a relatively short stroll to the seafront.

The room was a little small and basic, but it suited our needs for a couple of days. Would definitely consider staying again but in a nicer room.

Everything! The room itself was very comfortable overlooking a swimming pool, calm and very beautiful! The staff were amazing, I and my Japanese fiancee had a pleasant stay!

Nothing actually!

Quite good value for money and perfectly functional. Personnel did their best to help us making the most of our vacation in Fethiye. Room was clean, AC works as expected. Having a small fridge was a plus, too. Special thanks to Mine hanım for everything (and the pomegranate🙂)

the location was good

First of all, it’s actually closer to a prison than to a hotel. Rating this place a 3-stars hotel is an offense to the hotel industry around Turkey. Many things I didn’t like; to name a few: Maintenance issues: Starting with the extremely weak air conditioner in one of the two rooms, the apartment had several maintenace issues like the damaged door of the shower, the damaged lock of the toilet (family members specially kids used to get stuck inside the toilet not knowing how to open the door), the door of the shower was damaged so after every shower we had to wipe the wet toilet floor, etc. Cleanness: Underneath the sofa, it was full of dirt. 2 nights at the hotel no one put an effort to clean a room or even refill toilet papers. In the absence of cleaning services, the 2 bedroom apartment had one small semi broken trash bin in the toilet only which should basically be sufficient for 6 people for 48 hours!! Staff: It was not easy to communicate with the staff (language barrier). Kettle: We could not prepare tea or coffee due to lack of kettle, tea bags, water bottles, etc. And we requested a cup of hot water to make tea (using our tea bags), we were asked to pay 5lira for a cup of hot water claiming it will cost them money by using electricity current! Electricity current: every short while one of the main energy keys of the apartment switches off causing the ACs which are already extremely bad to turn off too. One of the rooms was as warm as a sauna and the poor electricity didn’t help. Space: The space of the apartment was very limited specially one of the two rooms. One person needs to move almost side wise to fit through part of the room. Toilet: Only one toilet in the apartment (we were a family of 6). Attitude: upon checking out, all what mattered to the owners is to rush up to the rooms and come ask us where the remote control of the malfunctioning AC was! Will we come back? A definite NO.
