Close to an excellent mall .Tastefully decorated and friendly owner and staff . We will definitely be back when we visit South Africa .

Breakfast - was breakfast Room -Clean, needs maintance Bed - was Good. Needs Fridge for Milk.

First 3 nights, was next to breakfast room and was also where the security sit. Could hear everyone moving around.

Room had no TV, fridge or microwave as promised and was forced to pay for an upgrade. Sheets and pillow cases are thread bare and need replacing. Staff need training regarding dinning room etiquette. Honesty and some small changes will go a long way to change the ratings.

Nothing . It didn't meet my expectations The booking.com didn't make enough research about the property.☹☹☹☹😡😡😡😡

The items listed about the room were not there eg no TV ,,no fridge, no teas,coffee in rooms. The attitude of the manager was very bad.

The bed is very comfortable , The receptionist is cool, The room fine , wi-fi was okay with Neflix

Linen had stains, the blanket and cushion had a nasty smell, Breakfast! wow serving bacon bits, eggs ,1 slice tomato, lunchbox size kiddies cheap yoghurt, Endured lukewarm showers no hot water, Had to request fresh clean towels each time they took dirty towels

1. I liked the that the staff from the reception was very friendly and assisted us very well 2. they even issued us a remote for the gate so we don’t have to hassle with getting in and out of the facility 3. the beds were so comfortable with comfortable pillows 4.the area is very quiet and very close to Menlyn Mall and Time square (just a walking distance ) 5. They had smart TV in the room i used and it has Netflix with very strong wifi that was a plus

1. There was a funny smell on the blanket , couldn’t use it at all and i think it make the bed smell too . 2. Not enough mats in the bathroom and the sleeping area you . 3. The rooms are not well sound proof you can literally hear sounds from next door .
