Good location

Everything was allright.

Location very good.

Location very good. But there were no paper towels in the kitchen, no sugar, no salt, no coffee, no cutting board. So kitchen equipment very poor. The beds creaky creaky. So the rest is okay.

the fan didn’t work well. the A/C was leaking water and there was a pot underneath it to catch the water

Just 2 things: The beds are a bit too soft for my taste and the A/C is leaking.

we loved the location, air-conditioning, and the ability to park in a garage closeby. the layout of of the apartment was well-suited to our family. The staff is very fast to respond to questions via email.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the pillows were old and lumpy. If you stay in the 2-bdrm aprmt on the top floor, prepare to carry your bags up four flights of stairs. The key to the front door is an old-fashioned key that is very difficult to use. it took us several minutes to position it just the right way to open the door. The shower would not provide hot water, even tho the sink had very hot water. There were 2 electric oscillating fans provided, but both were completely caked with dust, so that very little air moved through them. If the owners would invest money in to upgrading the beds and new locks for the doors, we would give this place a much higher rating.

Wonderful apartments. There is everything you need for cooking. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of an iron and a washing machine. The staff answered questions quickly. We recommend these apartments to everyone 😉

The Apartment was not hygenic and clean , we found the bathroom wet and lot of hairs and dust on table and chairs. We cleaned it ourselves, The management did offer to reclean it the next day - but we had already cleaned it. The mattress were so old and bed were not comfy - The children could not sleep comfortably- it makes a lot of noise and also one can feel the springs. The Air conditioner makes a lot of noise . from the cost, pictures what is shown - it is NOT the same - the apartment misses maintainence - some beds in other room are chipped off. Also basic cleaning is done but for example there was a pile of dust on the fans and other places in the apartment. The Apartment did not look clean and fresh.

There is a lot of space in the appartments, headroom is awesome. Location is quite good, just two steps from the city center (though it's true for most of places in Riva). The host is very responsive and solves problems on the fly.

The bedrooms overlook to the street, and it gets really noisy early in the morning or even at night, when city service starts to clean up the streets or take away the garbage. So you might want to tire yourself up through the day to sleep soundly. No basic food supplies like salt or sugar (probably due to Covid). No washing machine (though that can be figured out from the description).

This place was totally amazing! I loved the location close to the lake, restaurants and also hiking places. I appreciate very fast communication with the staff who were always helpful, even though we didn't have a chance to meet them, they took care of us very well. The kitchen was well equipped and the place had everything we needed.

Well, the stairs were quite hard to defeat after the hike :D Besides that... I cannot think of anything!

The location is fantastic - still within the city centre of Riva, but far enough away from the highlights that it's quiet. There are beautiful mountains to see from every window. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and the staff are quick to respond to questions via Whatsapp. Parking was just around the corner in a closed garage.

We smelled gas when we entered the apartment. The gas knobs for the kitchen stovetop were not in the correct position. Via communication over Whatsapp, we quickly heard from the 1Dest staff and were sent information on the correct position. It's a bit complicated because the burners are in 2 different directions. Thankfully the staff replied to our messages quickly and the gas smell dissipated! The mattress in the master bedroom is not comfortable.

The queen bed was awful, matres was no good, bed making noises. Hot water was not stable. The sofa in the living room was not comfortable.

Close to the city center. Nature, bike trails, swimming in the lake, relax. Suitable for individuals and families with children. Parking was also OK.

Every morning around 6:00 a.m. there was noise on the street from the garbage cans under the windows, which regularly woke us up. But that's the price for accommodation in the city center, which was nice. There were missing hand-towels, bath-towels were fine. The view of the mountains and nature was limited, also the terrace was almost modest and shared with other guests. There was no personal contact with the landlords, which seems quite impersonal, but communication with them was great. The apartment has 4 full beds, the other two are on the sofa and are almost "emergency", not quite suitable for a longer stay.

Nice apartments, clean and confortable. Recommended!

Location of this apartment is perfect - close to lake and to city center! also paring is great - you don't have to worry about the parking spot. Patio is nice also - good to ear breakfast on the fresh air :) Also clean and well equipped.

Perfect italien stay in autumn, enough place for 6 P, clean, polite owners, close to the old city or to the lake or the haven. No need for a pool in autumn, there for we loved the (floor) heating and the garage nearby. Stores by foot. Thankful and grateful for having a small holiday in times of an unknown virus. ❤
