Современный и многофункциональный хостел.Имеется много разных зон: хранение багажа и прачечная, игровой зал ( настольный теннис ), кухня, бар. Номер большой и удобный,с красивыми большими окнами.Шум с улицы не мешает. кровать с хорошим матрасом и подушкой, чистая белоснежная постель, просторная душевая комната, имеются стол и стулья. Завтраки простые, но есть все продукты для сытного завтрака. Персонал вежливый, готовый помочь при необходимости.

Нет полотенец в комплекте с постельный бельём. Можно купить на ресепшен. Немного освежить ремонт, хотя это не критично. Всё комфортно и удобно!

Desayuno

The room was fine. It was clean and roomy. Large shower with good water supply. Overhead shower. It felt safe inside and outside during the day around the hostel. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the Xmas markets and easy enough on public transport from the train station. For the price it was good. If you were travelling on your own, it is mainly in a quiet commercial area. I probably wouldn't want to walk round there on my own at night. I don't know how safe it is but being a quiet area, I would rather not.

Staff were not friendly at all any time we approached reception. It felt like we were intruding. Breakfast was very average. Fine if you are on a real budget but we chose to eat out.

Hall molto carina. Anche l'ingresso della struttura, bellissimo il bar e la sala con i divanetti. Nelle camere ci sta tantissimo spazio. Posizione abbastanza buona a un quarto d'ora dal centro.

È un vero e proprio labirinto, si sale e si scende e le Indicazioni non sempre sono visibili. La pulizia dei bagni dovrebbe essere un po più accurata . Asciugamani non compresi ma al prezzo di 1.50 e per di più piccolissimi.

Staff is hopelessly unhelpful, they did not even provide hot water to drink. You have to pay one euro to get hot water from the espersso machine. No Kitchen, property under renovation after getting in the room again you have to climb to the upper part since the room has high ceiling , even to go to the loo you have to come down a stair.

The staff were really friendly except the lady working on 21st May 2023 was behaving rude as if she was accompadating for free and completely not respectful towards the clients

the staff was very arrogant, had a problem with my transportation and I was late for my check-in. When I arrived, no one wanted to open the door for me. Thank God I found a group of guests who opened the door for me, I went in and nobody was in the lobby and nobody could give me my room so I had to wait in the furniture with a cold from another world. I fell asleep there and at 5 am a cleaning worker woke me up and he gave me the key to my room, I could only sleep a couple of hours and in the morning they didn't want to open the door for me to have breakfast despite what had happened I tried to communicate with the hotel by message but unfortunately the treatment was lousy.

the breakfast was very poor, at 10 am there was practically nothing left. The light on our toilet wasn't working.

Great location, 15 minute walk from all the important landmarks and train stations. Close proximity to metro station as well. Decent breakfast with a variety of choices, but every morning has the same options. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds.

The balcony doors on the 1st floor couldn't have been opened so there was a lack of fresh air. I could have opened the window, but only slightly. Either way, not a big deal.

The facilities were great, we stayed in a 4 bed - Room, the bathroom was the best I've ever got in a hostel. Wi-Fi was really good and the included breakfast is a plus! The area of the hostel looked safe, even at night looked like a nice area of Brussels, and you can walk to the main square in like 20min, any metro station in less than 10min.

The corridors that lead to the rooms definitely need some renovations, however a set of towels would've been I what I need to give it a 10/10 for the price. The location is safe and not bad at all, but for a hostel maybe you would prefer something even more central.

the bathroom had another room for toilet so if u need to use toilet and somebody is in bathroom it’s uncomfortable to cross the bathroom to get to the toilet.

Location is quiet good. You can walk everywhere with 15-20 min walking. Breakfast was enough.

On my reservation, it writes 4 bed room but i stayed 6 bed room. In bathroom there is another room for toilet but its light was not working, everyone locked the bathroom door instead of toilets door. So another people couldn't use sink and shower when somebody was inside.
