no transfer offered from port. I was unable to get a taxi so I walked. luckily I am relatively fit

Absolutely everything! We checked in three hours prior! So friendly and helpful staff. Location absolutely perfect. Views fantastic. No need to hike Bodrum Hill. Breakfast excellent. Luggage storage and help from staff after check out time. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Warm front desk welcome and assistance. Well located.Beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and the sea.
First day breakfast lady was very accommodating and friendly. Second day gentlemen were abrupt and cleared everything too quickly. Also only american coffee is included so have to pay extra for latte or other.

When I arrived at reception I was greeted by a charming gentleman who checked me in and then carried my luggage and showed me to my room . The room was like walking into a photograph from a magazine absoloutly stunning and the bathroom had a selection of toiletries to make your stay stress free if you might have forgotten something .
I had been traveling all day and decided to relax on the roof top terrrace bar for a glass of wine , the view is spectacular , the waiter was very polite and professional and i felt very comfortable as a woman travelling alone .
After a very pleassant nights sleep i woke up refreshed and ready to continue with the last part of my journey but first I enjoyed a very tasty , mediteranean breakfast with fresh coffee and juices while enjoying the breathtaking view of Bodrum in daylight .
I really can not say enough about this beautiful hotel , perfect in everyway and only a few minutes walk to the harbour and main town , I will definatley stay here again if I am in Bodrum .
I had to leave !!

I have nothing positive about my experience at this hotel.
The rude obnoxious unhelpful and unkind staff. Didn't like being charged ridiculous amounts of money for the room which we couldn't sleep in due to the noise. We weren't even allowed our own water in our room as they were charging 200 tl if you did. It wasn't clean and the bed was rock hard. We tried to check out early but they wouldn't let us as they said our card had already been charged....but when we did check out they charged us again. Avoid!

Excellent location next to the sea, shopping and bars. Front of house staff very friendly. The hotel was clean and breakfast amazing. Will surely recommend to anyone visiting Bodrum!

Everything was perfect. Deniz at reception and Yesim at breakfast and catering side were excellent and made the stay an absolute pleasure. One of our best experiences as far as hotel stay is concerned on our 14 day trip in Turkey.

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing swimming pool and view. It is centrally located and walking distance from the Main Street with all restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was divine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They ensured that we were enjoying our stay. This was truly a very nice experience and I would go back anytime. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best view in Bodrum from hotel's restaurant. Cocktails are also tasty and with a reasonable price ($10 each). Hotel also has a pool with great sunbathing spots. The food was always fresh and delicious. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Hotel's staff were always welcoming and helpful

Overall, very neat and clean room with good furniture.
Firstly, the room didn't have electric kettle for making coffee/ tea. Electric Kettle is present in every hotel room now around the world. They must put electric kettle and coffee/ tea bags in the room.
Secondly, there were no complimentary drinking water bottles in the room. Although they are serving excellent breakfast in the morning which is included in room package/ charges, but complimentary drinking water bottles are must. They are mandatory nowadays.

Staff in general were very friendly & helpful.
The terrace & pool areas were both great, with a beautiful view from the terrace.
The location is perfect if you are looking to be close to the beach & corniche, but don’t want to be in amongst the hustle bustle the whole time.
Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable at all, and the pillows were way to soft, hardly worth being there in fact.
I also noticed that it could be hard to get service around the pool some days, and often found ourselves having to go to reception to ask for towels when going out to the pool.
