Very clean floor and bathroom. Amazingly soft and fresh smelling towels. Nice firm bed. Simple but excellent breakfast made-to-order with freshly squeezed juice and a proper coffee machine.

Good location near square and restaurants. Hot shower, good breakfast, bed was warm.

room was very clean, shower was very hot, simple breakfast with egg, bread, juice and tea/coffee. many blankets which were a bit heavy but definitely keeps you warm. good location, very short walk from plaza de armas and very short walk to archaeological site of Ollayantaytambo and pinkuyllena.

wifi was a bit patchy

This is one of the best hotels I stayed at throughout my trip. Super clean, staff was amazing.

The location is great. The room was clean, safe and secure. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water.

The breakfast was a little late, and no coffee or tea until they opened the restaurant next door at 7:30.

good breakfast but its a restaurant outside the guesthouse and its not always open. I'll have to say that for the time it didn't open, they had an alternative.

Eggs, juice, coffee, and semi-stale rolls at a small cafe next door - it wasn't bad, except that the rolls were probably from the day before

BEDBUGS!!! Room 205 most probably has bedbugs. I searched for signs of them, but didn't see any. I however was covered in insect bites (25-30) in the morning after going to bed with none. The bites are in clusters and lines which is a sign of bedbugs. They did not come from my previous hotel (I was there for many nights with no signs or bites). The room also needs a lot of maintenance (peeling paint - sink pulling away from wall). To top it off, the boss lady tried to short change me 10 soles. She actually tried to tell me that I was wrong and that the girl really had given me the correct change the night before even though the girl had apologized the night before for not having enough change and told me that she would give me my 10 soles in the morning. Bedbugs can happen anywhere, but don't dare tell me that my memory is wrong about getting the right change or not. I would not stay there again even if my only other option was sleeping in the street.

It was very clean and a pretty place. The shower had hot water!!! The breakfast was excellent!!!
