Location,quiet, clean, good attention and the sound of the river water is fabulous!

For me everything was perfect!

I absolutely loved that the windows of the rooms are facing the river! Beautiful water sounds and view of the ruins from the room I rented. I wish I could have stayed longer there. The room was also very clean, comfortable and hot water works in the shower. The staff was very nice and even gave me breakfast to go as I had to leave early for the train in the morning.

The internet is not great. But this was no problem for me because I did not have to work the days I was here, so I did not care for internet.

The location was perfect! Close to the train station, main square and the Incan ruins. Good and stable internet connection. Nice views over the mountains and the Incan site. The host was welcoming and warm.

The room and the bed were a bit too small for us. Will go for a bigger room next time, if available.

Very simple hotel. Located in between the train station and the town. Comfortable matress but small bed.

Photos are kind of deceiving. Bedroom and bathroom are really small. Seems to be relatively new but the style is not the best and there are some points that need addressing... There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the bedroom wall was poorly painted. Breakfast is not the buffet style, they bring you the items and there is not a lot of variety.

The view of the river was amazing. Many birds in the morning, rushing river sounds all night... views of the inca ruins from the top floor. Great attention to our breakfast needs!

Some people might prefer to stay further north on the ancient Inca streets, but the location just between the train station and town square was perfect for this quick visit.

Friendly staff. Maria gave us breakfast to go for our very early train trip. The room was comfortable, we had hot water working perfectly, the sound of the river next to the room was relaxing and the room have a little tv for entertainment.

The lady at the reception was friendly. And the sounds of the stream behind the property was soothing.

It wasn't sparkling clean and things were outdated. I couldn't close the window in the bathroom so I felt cold in the shower. The breakfast was very simple.

The location was excellent, right next to the main square, restaurants and Ollantaytambo ruins, as well as to the train station. The hotel book us a taxi from the airport. Additionally, they gave us breakfast to go in the day we went Machu Picchu (at 4 am!). The breakfast was delicious every single day. It was so relaxing to have the river close and listen to it at night. The room had view to the river and to the ruins and mountains. The place was very peaceful. We slept like babies :) There was a terrace with view to the stars and to the mountains. Very romantic. The staff were very flexible and always helpful with indications, extra towels, extra toilet paper, additions or subtractions to the breakfast, etc. Could give the place 11 stars but 10 is the maximum.
