Horrible no haber tenido más tiempo para seguir disfrutando.

Nice staffs

Couldn’t sleep at all! Supermarket used 3rd floor which is directly above my room to move their goods. It had rolling sounds all night. So loud! After I complained, I thought it was wheelchair person lives above me, housekeeping promised me no more sounds the 2nd day. But unfortunately the same rolling sounds again. Now I’m stay in another hotel, couldn’t do anything but sleeping! I waste my three days in Santiago!!!

Good location good views

Lacking basic kitchen equipment for 3. Curtain pole broken in bedroom. No sink plugs.

the location is great. The room was decent and a great value. The building is ok too.

the cleanliness was marginal. the bathrooms are clean bu the rest of the room was not that great. I found dust under the bed. And even a credit card on the safe box.

Pretty clean, spacious, fantastic view of the city. Great location within walking distance of tourist spots.

The location is great. It is also an excellent value while on a business or get away trip. Main metro stations, convenience stores, and many restaurants are all within walking distance. Some must-see touristic places are also within walking distance in downtown Santiago. There is a safe in the room and the main locks are very good too.

The apartment is shown wear and tear. The mattress is a bit hard. The bathroom is also very basic. The light fixtures have many low power leds which make it hard to see well at night.
